I wish I could give 0 stars but sadly I'll give them 1, they have no problem getting disrespectful to costumers, I have a health condition and if I don't eat I'll pass out, I have a busy life so I sadly have no time to pass out either, but according to whoever answered the phone it's my fault I needed food, they got my order wrong and I didn't want to pass out so I had to eat what was given, I would've eaten what I paid for but instead I'm not feeling sick. I called to tell them about it and instead was given hell for my condition and talked down on for "not calling back sooner", I'm not gonna call when I'm driving it's illegal and I'm not gonna call when I'm with my family fighting to pass out. I asked for the manager and she hung up on me so I didn't get anyone's name and I didn't speak with the manager. Either a better more respectful staff is needed or the location has to be closed, we've had tiny problems every now and then before with this location but honestly if it's gonna get this bad might as well shut it down. Whoever answers the phones needs to be spoken to as well for their poor customer service skills.

There has never been a worse McDonald’s, it’s always slow, the food is always bad, they are too lazy to make a breakfast burrito so they say they have been out for 2 months. Today I waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes before giving up. (Not exaggerating at all) just go anywhere else if you are hungry.

It’s rare that I have a good experience at this location. I heard the person at the drive thru window say “give me a few minutes.” After waiting about 15 minutes, I left with no food. It’s usually always like this. The McDonald’s near Walmart is a lot better

Went through the drive through to get my son a happy meal, no big deal right? Boy was I wrong. I asked for a 4 piece nugget all fries. When we got home I opened the box to find someone else's meal a cheese burger and apple slices. Neither of which my 2 year old will eat.
