Quaint little coffee shop, offering signature coffees and seasonal offerings. Even when the place is packed, we were able to get our coffees within 10 mins. Breakfast options and sweet treats.

Lovely place. A Gem at Lakeland, I went with my husband for a brunch, everything was A1, the chocolate coffe with pistachio , yummy , also we had a burrito with eggs and bacon and a french toast with scramble eggs and ham , yummy, yummy, yummy . We met and we were attend by Ann and Kelly from this beautiful and cozy coffee place , we were happy to be there and of course, we will be back .

Located in downtown Lakeland and frequented by locals, this coffeehouse offers good tasting lattes and freshly prepared pastries, breakfast and lunch fare. The MitchGriddle breakfast sandwich was unique and tasty.

No greeting when we walked in. Staff looked at us, continued their conversation, and only acknowledged us after I said hello — then turned away again while my dad tried to ask a question. I shouldn’t have had to announce it was our first visit to receive basic service. Food and coffee were good, but the service wasn’t. Unfortunately won't be coming back due to poor costumer service.

I liked it. Saturday morning was busy, they are very popular. The bacon and eggs were just that, but the breakfast croissant my daughter had was really good.

We were at the downtown Farmers market and stopped in Mitchell's to grab something to eat. We had croissant sausage egg cheese sandwich and coffee's. The food and drink were delicious and reasonable priced. The atmosphere is very relaxing inside and it's a mini art museum with the walls displaying local artist some for sale. The employees were very pleasant to deal with I have been here before and would continue coming when I'm in the area. It is handicap accessible they don't have an automated door at the front but people were very courteous and held the door open for me and my cart. The men's room was clean and well stocked. In the past when the farmers produce market is not there parking on the street is generally available free.
I recommend if you want a relaxing breakfast and not in a hurry this is a place to go in downtown Lakeland Florida.

Well this first visit of mine to Mitchel's was very disappointing. Ordered the Ruben sandwich and it taste good for what it barley was. Me and my wife decided to go to Mitchel's for lunch over purple onion and it was the wrong choice. We ordered to go and when the girl gave us our togo bag of food I laughed and asked my wife if there was anything even in the boxes. We didn't look until we got back to work and dang we made the wrong choice. Barely any meat barley and sourcrout and just a little squirt of dressing and the bread was maybe grilled for 2 seconds. And it wasn't busty in the shop maybe 2 people inside. Very disappointed probably won't be back for lunch

It was moderately busy this morning but the wait was long due to equipment problems. The egg bite was not warm at all. The sweater weather coffee that I was super excited to try had a very odd fake taste. I’m not sure what is even causing it but it’s not good. The atmosphere however is wonderful, it’s a beautiful open space. The back of the restaurant has an abundance of tables and even a few tables outside. The employees are busy but polite.

We stopped at Mitchell’s for a quick coffee and cinnamon roll.
My son also had a really nice breakfast too. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and serviced some delicious coffee and the food was excellent. A very charming, relaxing and welcoming coffee house you will not find this side of Lake Mirror.
A really nice mix of customers too sitting, eating chilling and working at tables.
We will definitely be returning soon.
