First and last time to visit this place! Walked in to an empty restaurant. It was my first time there, so I didn't know where to begin my order. 2 people up front and not acknowledging my presence. I finally asked them. They pointed at the counter and walked away. I stood there another 5 minutes while I watched them trying to get a guy in the back (who was on the phone) to come help. Finally they took my order. But there was nothing to order from! They were out of practically everything! Their rice is bland and under cooked. I didn't want chicken, but that's all they had. Also bland. I figured I'll drown it in salsa to save the day. NOPE.... they were all out of those as well. I go to the soda fountain for my drink. No surprise there, 80% of the drinks aren't available and not working! Ohhhh, and no utensils on display to eat this disaster! In the end, horrible experience. I'll never return. Go to Chipotle!

Let me start by saying I'm addicted to the burritos here. They are always amazing. I have been coming to this location since they opened in 2010, but through the years there have been problems with service, and the store not being well-run. That is the case right now in 2025.
I was just there today, between 3 and 4. There were at least two employees there, and no one else in the restaurant. They had a sign out front saying they were all out of chips. Luckily, I got the last batch. When I asked to speak to a manager about that, the counter employee said there was no manager on duty. There are always empty salsas at the bar, and the drink fountain is always out of drinks, as well as all 3 flavors of lemonade. If they have all these things, there is no excuse for that. The employees need to be proactive on restocking these things when there are no customers. This is not a one time incident, this is how it's been the last few Mondays I have been stopping by to eat after work. I think I'll just give Chipotle's across the street my business instead.

Terrible !!!! They gave us stale chips then told us the fryer was down and can’t make more , should of been told us that , tables dirty , floors dirty it was 11:45 when we walked in and you open at 10:30 . No prickly pear , no lemonade , no forks ! YOU JUST OPENED AN HOUR AGO

The staff is very nice, but this place is just disgusting. EVERYTHING is dirty. Visited first thing at opening for a quick bite, floors are disgusting, tables are dirty, where you get your napkins and cup lids is all dusty and greasy. A dirty place is the easiest problem to take care of, but hasn’t gotten any better.

The food is really really good. My family loves it. No matter what we get everything has been delicious. If you do not feel like cooking the take out family meals definitely hit the spot. I have done this several times and it give you plenty for your family.

This location is such a comfort spot for me. Even on their worst nights staff are kind and respectful. They also take care of DoorDash and UberEats orders just like they do for the in person orders.

Walked in this place for the first time in 6 years because it wasn’t great the first time, when we there it’s nothing better. Trash can and buckets in the middle of the floor because the roofs leaking, salsa bar has half of a bowl of 1 kind of salsa and the rest have trash in them. Trash on the floors, booths look like they’ve had a million miles worth of traffic on them. We didn’t even eat, I took my family to Chipotle. Like I said, I haven’t been there in 6 years and this reassured me that I don’t want to go back. Thanks for coming to my first ever google review ❤️.

The new Junior Burrito Combo is a great value and plenty of food, even for me.

I’ve been giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but every time I order food it just gets worse and worse. First, they put the chips on top of my burrito instead of in a separate bag. I called to complain because obviously, if I’m paying, I expect my food to be made properly and the manager’s response was that “that’s how we do things here.” Now I order a bowl, and the rice is so hard that if you throw it at someone, you could literally crack their head open. Honestly, this place needs better management or they should just close down. No wonder people end up going to Chipotle instead.

My granddaughter wanted Moe's because her mom brought home leftovers from there. I drove her but didn't go in myself, but she said they were very friendly. The service was very fast because she was back to the car in just a few minutes with her order.

Saturday afternoon, lunchtime 12:15pm-12:50pm, and there was almost no one in the building. Just 2 employees and one couple that were leaving. Just to be clear your 2 employees, one male and 1 female, sorry I did not get their names, were excellent!
But and however, there was no air conditioning in the building! We felt the heat as soon as we walk through the door. This is shameful conditions to put employees and customers through. There's really no excuse for it, being here in Florida in the middle of the summer. Or anytime in Florida, for that matter. I purposely put my car in a shaded area so it wouldn't be so hot when we came back out. We sure were grateful to come out to an air-conditioned car!
Also, this seems to be an ongoing problem, because there's a comment from a month ago about the air conditioning being broke.
Do better!

Always out of stuff, hour left til close and they are out of everything and don’t replenish, manager on duty has horrible customer service . Spend $30 on very old food, this isn’t ok. Someone needs to come clean this store up
