Our Mom just passed away and this was an easy place to get loose and relax.

Somebody else said this is the best Irish pub in Polk county.
Don't expect stellar service.
Bartenders might barely speak.
You ask about what's on tap, order your drink and keep it moving.
I've been coming here for over 2.5 decades now.
No frills ,nothing fancy, great music, great beers. A gem of a pub in a little big town where you'll surely bump into someone who knows your name...❤️

I wanted to love this place, but went there with my boyfriend this past Monday afternoon during a slow time- the bartender took my boyfriends drink order, held a conversation with him, and never asked me if I wanted anything before walking away.

Great place for a drink & a good time. All the bartenders are great in this place, especially Joe, Joe is such a good bartender, he'll take care of you really well. A must place to visit in downtown Lakeland.

Yesterday was my first time going here with my friend and fiance, boy let me tell you it's great, everybody is so kind, and the musician up there was interactive with the crowd and hilarious, WILL DEFINITELY be coming back in future weekends
