I had the most amazing Quesadilla here! Simple ingredients. Honest flavors. Spicy and flavorful sauces.... It also came with Birria sauce, which I didn't expect.
The service was fast and very friendly. I ate in my car, but then went back for a cup of corn (esquitos) and that was very good too
To be fair, my 5 star rating is a comparison of similar food trucks. This one is stationary and easy to find. I really recommend trying their food here!!

I’ve had many quesabirrias so I was looking forward to trying this place given the great reviews. Honestly it wasn’t good, there was a lack of authentic flavor or any flavor at all, the only thing that stood out was this bad after taste in both the meat and the broth. I usually don’t write reviews but this was not good I have no idea what happened given the fact that everyone praises this establishment. I always go to mega Mercado and it’s good every time for the same price and same amount of food.Lesson learned.

I’ve seen this place probably 100 times as I’ve driven by and until I saw a post in the local Lakeland group about it I have never stopped. I’m so glad I stopped today.
This is genuinely the best birria I’ve ever had, and also the cheapest.

Currently my favorite taco truck in Polk County. Tacos are MUCH larger than the other trucks, and only $.50 more. The pork and birria are fantastic, and the pastor and steak are very good too. Every meal we’ve had has been excellent.

Great selection of tacos at a great price. I went by around 2:30 and there wasn’t a weight however I could definitely see this place getting busy around lunchtime so you may want to look at placing an order online. Great food, affordable prices.
