Got here about 15 minutes prior to opening. Jessica was walking in and instead of ignoring customers, telling us to wait (which would have been acceptable), or anything of the sorts she went above and behind and asked what name was on my order and another person outside waiting. Not only was my order already ready but I was gone and on my way before opening! I know it may not always be the case but it's refreshing to have such excellent customer service by Jessica and the team working there getting cakes out the door! 10 star!

After work I decided to run a few errands and ran into Nothing Bundt Cakes (Lakeland - South, FL).
It was my first visit and I liked their whole selection!
I picked the Hershey S'mores and it was amazing and super tasty. The texture is very different from your typical cake and it's something that's going to make me come back for more!
They're located in the Publix Plaza that's getting renovated and it took me a hot minute to find them since they're entrance is blocked by construction.
Do yourself a favor and visit them!

My child had a school fundraiser and was missing part of his order. I contacted the company explained that I was 45 min away and had no way to get them, and they offered to bring them to me at my work, thank you so much for your help, and it was super sweet for the extra Lil treat as well...

This was my first time trying Bundt cakes I can say the strawberries and cream bundt was amazing I order for my client and myself the staff from shift 4/27/25 was Amazing and went above and beyond
Don’t know who the young lady working tonight 1/7/25 is but she is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. Came in to buy cakes for my office and she was not inviting at all it was so bad I just decided to walk out. Missed a whole sale and I will make sure to let everyone I know and encounter to go elsewhere. Sad we can’t even get decent service, but I was taught if they don’t want your money take it else where and that is exactly what I did.
