Don’t know who the young lady working tonight 1/7/25 is but she is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. Came in to buy cakes for my office and she was not inviting at all it was so bad I just decided to walk out. Missed a whole sale and I will make sure to let everyone I know and encounter to go elsewhere. Sad we can’t even get decent service, but I was taught if they don’t want your money take it else where and that is exactly what I did.

Ordered a chocolate chip Bundt cake for me and got the mini carrot cake for my husband. The minis are free for your birthday. He said it was the best carrot cake he ever had and he’s got decades of experience. My cake was delicious as well. I got the 8” chocolate chip. This cake came in a beautiful box. Very beautiful as a celebratory gift.
Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Lakeland, Florida. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be, and they had to put it together last minute. To make matters worse, they left out the gluten-free cake, which was the main reason I placed the order, and included a berry-flavored cake instead of the snickerdoodle I ordered. This was especially concerning since we have a berry allergy in our home.
When I called to address the issue, they only offered to give me what I originally ordered if I returned to the store the same day, which was incredibly inconvenient. I was also promised a call back from the owner that same day, but it never happened.
I expected better service and attention to detail, especially when dealing with allergies and dietary needs. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return.

I paid $14 for two cakes yesterday to bring to my children at the Winter Haven Hospital, as there was a sale. Unfortunately, I found a hair in the cake, which was quite disappointing. This experience has reminded me of the importance of being cautious about where we choose to eat. I would appreciate the opportunity to receive a refund for the $14 I spent.
I am a Super Fan already- these Bundt cakes bring me the most happiness and joy!! But… today, a random delivery service driver brought me the wrong order and one of the girls PERSONALLY brought me the correct order. They were extremely kind about the mixup when I called; it was 100% not their fault but they went above and beyond to correct it ❤️ I order NBC for MY OWN BIRTHDAY every year and I even made up a Bundtini song that I sing every time I get them… true story! Doesn’t get any better than this!

I am absolutely in love! Nothing Bundt Cakes is a place I will be recommending. The gluten free Chocolate Chip cookie Bundtlet was delicious. You couldn't even tell it was gluten free. The frosting had a great taste. Such a creamy frosting with a distinctive cream cheese taste. The picture I took may appear as if the cake is hollow in the middle and full of frosting but it's not completely full. I also like how it looks like an octopus lol. It's rich and sweet but not sickly sweet. The cake was very moist. The vanilla flavor was delightful. The chocolate chips are flavorful and we're not lacking in quantity. It was very fresh. The cake wasn't overly filling. The cake was easy to get out of the container. It didn't make a huge mess. I was worried it would fall apart because I wanted to eat it on a plate. It had a good structure and didn't crumble all over when it was cut. I brought the cake home from the store and it didn't melt while I was on my way home either. I need to stay away from here because they are that good. I'm excited for my next birthday because I will get a free cake and I already know how great it will be. I might be back sooner lol. The shop was very clean. The store is really pretty with a classy delicate interior. The employees were really nice. They were definitely helpful. If you need recommendations they would probably be able to give them to you. You definitely get a quality product. The prices are definitely worth it. I love this place and can't wait to get more. Thanks everyone at Nothing Bundt Cakes for your wonderful cakes and beautiful store!

We are tourists, and we went to the store, which is cute by the way, but does it sell cakes without a spoon and fork? How to eat? We asked about the items and were told we don't have them. We definitely won't go back or we'll take forks and spoons. Here's a tip.
