Nyammins is my favorite restaurant in Lakeland. The first thing that caught my eye was how clean their serving pans were and how they plate the food with care. They always serve their full menu and have a website that you can view beforehand if you’re unsure about what you want. Lastly, the food and juices taste amazing/authentic with generous portions. Show their business some love.

🇯🇲🤔I’m a First time Customer.. I give a three out of five stars for these reasons.. starting with the good as I walked in the place was clean and the customer service was OK . But moving forward, the guy who was taking my order was acting a little short tempered. As I got my food, I realized that the jerk chicken was not authentic. It was NoT prepared in the jerk seasoning or broth rather, he squirted some type of jerk sauce on baked chicken. The mac & cheese was good. The cabbage was a little bit too sliced and diced with the consistency of coleslaw. The taste of the chicken didn’t remind me of jerk chicken more so a baked chicken with sauce . Over Priced❗️

I was in town for a wedding and asked the car rental staff for food recommendations, and it was a unanimous vote for Nyammins! I dedicated to give them a try! And l am overjoyed that l did. I tried the shrimp pasta and it was excellent, l purchased a side of green and they were so freaking good, omg!! Upon my departure for home, l had to return to this spot so l can indulge when I get there. 10/10 I DEFINITELY recommend!

Nice little spot, not a fancy spot but they trying they best it seems to make it hospitable. Had large brown stew chicken and it was above average. Great portion size. My only downside to my meal was my patty being burnt on the bottom. At 3.50 a pop left a bad taste in my mouth about the place

I ordered brown stew chicken with collard Greens, rice and peas, corn bread and mac and cheese. Everything was good except the mac and cheese. The top of it had dried hard noodles on it. Once I moved them out the way...the rest was good.

Got this on DoorDash tonight and holy freakin wow!!! So flavorful and PERFECTLY cooked! Got the goat curry + Rasta pasta with a side of sweet plantains. Literally nothing to complain about AND huge portions. Found a new favorite place! I gotta stop by in person to shake hands with the chef 🔥
