For 73 years I grew up in Ybor City/Tampa, and have had the best Cuban Sandwiches, Devil Crabs & Spanish Bean Soup that Ybor City/ Tampa has had to offer. Ole Tampa Cubans makes a decent cuban and it helps that they use La Segunda Cuban Bread from Ybor City. Having said that the Devil Crabs are just OK and the Spanish Bean soup is absolutely the worst that I have ever had, it is terrible it sucks. Just because you use Garbanzo Beans doesn't make it Spanish Bean Soup....

I only came here because a friend told me about the fake reviews. After looking at the review of the alleged “mold bread”- it’s obvious that the foil is old and that was a scam post. Either way, the sandwich was packed and I couldn’t finish it because I was full after half!

I've been to Ole Tampa Cubans at several locations in the area. The one I most frequent is in Plant City.

This place is authentic and made to order Cubans. I especially like their deviled crabs and their black beans and rice.

The only downside is the atmosphere. It is kind of bland and most of the music played isn't Latino.
