Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I called The restaurant before going to see if they were able to purée a meal For my son. My son was in the hospital a few weeks ago with pneumonia and other issues and is on a purée diet. I spoke to the general manager Nary And he assured me that they could take care of us. We came and had a wonderful dinner and was able to enjoy it with our son. Thank you so much!!!

Melanie was our server and she was on it. When we got there, pre Saturday lunch rush but it did get busy. We were so busy visiting and chatting that Melanie had to gently get our orders! This was special reunion with our high school classmates and our friend’s mother. Our dear friend had passed away and we wanted to love up on her grieving mother. THANK YOU! We thus didn’t visit a lot with Melanie as I usually do at Olive Garden—I have visited some twenty states and dined at Olive Garden each time! Anyway. The food was delicious! Shrimp was tasty, calamari and mozzarella sticks were great, sauces tangy. Riesling crisp. My friends got water, tea and another wine. The to go menu was handy as I am caring for my mother so blessed to just have dinner. The manager came out and checked on us. We overstayed visiting but Melanie was gracious. Only suggestion is slight order on way to our table. Perhaps A/C unit or other water related issue smell. Thank you for allowing us to meet and bless our friends mother.

Our server's name was Thomas I believe. He was amazing. I understand the staff gets hot from constantly running back and forth, however, this place is freezing. It was so cold I didn't want to finish my food.
Let's talk about the food, mine in particular. I ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala with the salad. They barely give any salad in that large bowl. Good thing our server was on top of getting more. When my meal came there was like a teaspoon of Marsala sauce on the whole meal. I understand companies are trying to increase their profits but this is crazy.
Then the men's bathroom. The toilet doesn't flush and the urinal is out of order.

Several tables were dirty, and I requested to sit at a booth. The hostess informed me No that she couldn't move me to the booth. Because it's dirty. I asked her if there was a way we could clean that, and she stated that we only have one girl cleaning tables. Wouldn't have been an issue had they been busy. I chose to walk out and not dine there. My issue is they had 3 hostesses. Are they not able to help the bus girl out and wash tables? Why were they standing there doing nothing?

I had a terrible experience at Olive Garden. I found hair in my food that looked like pubic hair, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. What made it worse was that the manager didn’t even apologize or try to address the situation. The only person who showed any empathy was the waiter, who sincerely apologized. Honestly, I expected better management and customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Terrible Service. We had to flag someone down to get drinks after nobody said a word to us for 10 minutes. After almost an hour we still didn't have salad or soup (even though the tables around us got theirs). And all the manager could say was that he "wish he could do more". Oh, but he comped the food, none of which we got.

Waste of time. Go to a different location.
