Arrived and the table wasn’t ready but I was not mad, I was still waiting on the rest of my party. However, they never brought utensils to the table. I had to request them, my server seemed very out of it. She came to our table maybe 4-5 times throughout the entire night to check if we needed anything. It was not packed but it took our food almost an hour to get to the table. 40 mins after we placed our order we were told that the sides were not available. Then the food ordered was incorrect and it was very evident the waitress was ready to leave. She didn’t even wait for us to tip her even though the service wasn’t the best. The waiters looked like they had a lot going on because there was also a waitress chilling in the bathrooms on her phone. Overall I hope this feedback helps. I really love outback but I will not be back to this location.

I took my granddaughters out for lunch. 94.00 later for a rubbery lobster tail and a chewy steak as big as a brownie best girls said the mac and cheese was disgusting. Needless to say I was very disappointed as Outback is always been one of my favorite places to go.

Visited the night of March 17, 2026 after a long day at Universal. Our server Chris and the manager took amazing care of my family, and most importantly my special needs son. They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy, and took care of everything he needed, and that meant the world to my wife and me. Food was great for the price as well, very clean and service was fast. Highly recommend this location.

A friend took me to Outback for dinner. Our waiter, Joseph, took our order and beyond that he gave us very little time. He was very friendly and outgoing to the other customers. My friend told the waiter it was my birthday. He had someone bring the birthday dessert but we got no birthday song but yet, he went to 4 other tables to celebrate during the same time frame. We wanted him to feel the pain of poor service and it was reflected in his tip or lack thereof.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. (Nicer place planned for another time) We had to wait an hour for our food. My ribeye was burnt and way overcooked. It was inedible. My daughter's wasn't much better, but she wouldn't send it back. They took mine back to make me another one. 20 minutes and I still hadn't gotten my steak. My husband and daughter were done with their meal. I asked for a manager and explained what had happened. I told her I would pay for the salad I ate and asked her to remove the steak from my bill. She was very nice, and handled the situation appropriately. We will not be going back.
This outback location is ultimately the worst location in the whole franchise not only did they disrespect their customers. They also inevitably leave your food to get cold. Their wait staff doesn’t exist, when you call to try to get a hold of the manager the day after because you find a stick in your leftovers. They leave you on a 15 minute phone call to be ignored.

Service was wonderful. Waitresses where supper on point and
friendly. Food was hot and never took too long especially for our large group.
I host a dine out every moth. I was asked if we could go back before snow birds leave. See you in March.
