This is by far the best service I have had in this city. The Ribeye is cooked to your exact taste. The Chimichurri taste like if you were in Buenos Aires. I came to give a fair well to my mom and she had a great time. The Balloon lady was nice and kind. Thank you everything.

CHECK YELP! This place has a 1.5 star there! This outback truly is the worst. This is our third time that we've gone and it's just been disappointing. What really makes this place special is that it is disappointing in both repetitive AND new ways every time we go back. This will be the last time we go. Mediocre food. One entrée is hot. The other stone cold, no consistency with steak temperatures. The service is almost better in a cafeteria or prison, had to wait 20 minutes to get a box to go. Inattentive staff, ineffective kitchen, disturbing consistency for a chain restaurant. If this is not a franchise situation, outback really has just forgotten that this place is may be a part of their company.

We ordered there last night and the only thing that was really good was the steak. The baked potato tasted like it was three days old and looked that way asked for sour cream and butter, and all the trimmings, and you barely got enough to even scoop it out the mac & cheese looked old, but tasted OK definitely won’t do a takeout again

Waited an hour for a sandwich and a salad, the bread tray didn’t get picked up and the waiter only came to the table one time for our order meanwhile everyone else was getting served asked for the manager and he couldn’t come. Never going back

Omg! So I am not the one to really complain no really, so we tried to go to Texas Roadhouse but wait was gonna be 2 hours for my daughter's birthday. So call outback and ask how long they said 30 minutes. Ok cool so we all loaded up headed there, get to the place round 7!! Ok so they seat us and id say bought 730 someone finally came to drink orders brought some bread, gave us free onion for issue ok.. as soon as that was done dissapeared for another 40 minutes!! So we had chase someone down to actually place a order. Ok so we place order here's another 30 minutes, one of our party canceled and left! So good finally does come and it's so awful!! One steak is burnt black, 2 others just taste like there some kinda film on it and also cooked so wrong! Ok so remember I said we got here at 7 it's 941 and I'm out in the car and there still in there trying get bill straight as they some expect someone to pay for awfull food no one can even eat. Do yourself a favor just wait the Xtra time it takes to get into roadhouse and avoid outback like the plague!!! If u come on a Fri or sat night just don't say I didn't warn ya!!!! That's all I'm gonna say abought it, we will never in million years step foot back in this place. Idk how to reply to your comment so I'll do it here, unfortunately there will never be a next time. Idk if u the owner was there tonight if not can ask the manager abought it tomorrow. But never in 45 years have i ever had worse service going into a reseraunt! I do hope y'all get it fixed before it's someone else. The last three times I have been to this Outback I waited over an hour to get my food. The servers always make excuses for the kitchen saying they are just backed up. On top of waiting forever to get food, my steak has always been overcooked. I ordered it medium rare and it comes out well pretty much. I’m sorry but I will not be going back to this Outback. You’ve been warned.

We have come to this Outback for a very long time and tonight was a terrible experience. We understand there has been a change in proprietorship but it's got nothing to do with the service. We sat down at 6:45, ordered a Blooming Onion. The first one was missing a portion almost like a half moon. The replacement was burnt to a crisp. At this point we still hadn't even gotten silverware.
It took almost 30 minutes to get silverware, 20+ minutes for waters and sodas, 35+ minutes for bread and over 1 hour and 15 minutes for two Blooming Burgers and two grilled shrimps to come out. One grilled shrimp was cold and sent back. My wife lost her appetite at this point and didn't want a replacement. Our waiter look like he just didn't care to be there tonight and did not even offer to comp the drinks or a percentage off.
The manager came by to help clear extra glasses from the table bc the waiter couldn't keep up. We have been to places busier than this there is no reason it should have been this bad. Multiple tables complained tonight for the bad service.
When you have a waiter who just doesn't care it makes the experience so much worse.
The proprietor came over and gave us some free appetizer cards but something should have been compd for this experience.

Upon arrival this past Saturday mid-afternoon there was no hostess; another customer came in after us, and we all just stood there. No one greeted us for at least 5 minutes and the place was almost empty. Finally the hostess came from the back area.
My wife and I both ordered the same: ribeye cooked medium, asparagus, and loaded baked potatoes.
Mine was cooked correctly but was tough and fatty, and my baked potato was like it was left over from the night before, all dried out. My wife's steak was very undercooked (rare), fatty, and very tough, she couldn't even chew it. We sent it back and they cooked it a bit more, it was still like shoe leather. Not something I would expect for a $28 steak.
The final straw was when she started to eat her baked potato, there was a long, sharp, rigid piece of plastic in the sour cream. I told the server that it was the last straw. She took the plastic piece back to the manager and the server came back with a gift card for a free appetizer next time. The server told me that the manager said that the plastic was off of the sour cream container. The manager didn't even come out from the back. I almost told her to keep the free appetizer because we wouldn't be back. But I didn't want to be rude to her.
We have been customers there for over 25 years and have noticed a steady decline in food quality and service. Sad situation, but no more for us. Just not what it used to be.
