I would leave 0 stars if possible. It took over an hour for our food to come out, and I honestly think it would have been longer if I didn't ask about it! When it finally came out, all 4 plates were cold. A salad was brought to the table 30 minutes in, but we weren't even given any silverware. Management actually seemed confused that we didn't want to wait for new food! We didn't have to pay for anything, which I do appreciate, however, I will not be going back here again. Prices like they have, customers should be taken care of, not forgotten!
Update: I responded back to their response and gave them my info. To my surprise, someone from the restaurant tried to contact me pretty quickly. I was unable to answer the phone though. The message said they would try again. 3 months later, still waiting! I stand by what I said earlier, find another place to spend your money!

The waitress was very kind and friendly. Food was amazing. I got the mock crock. Also got the down under trio for the appetizer. As well as the Rockhampon ribeye medium well with broccoli and a baked potato (is recommended). And finished it off with the chocolate chip cookie skillet.

Honestly one of the better Outback Steakhouse spots around. Kent took really good care of us and made sure everything was right. Food came out hot and steak was cooked perfect. Saw Daniel (the proprietor) checking on tables too, which was nice. We’ll be back for sure.

Not a very good experience and unfortunately it’s not the first time I left feeling this way. Came tonight with my sister for her birthday because she really wanted Bloomin Fried Shrimp. We called ahead of time to make sure it was still on the menu because we have learned that some locations have it and some don’t. We were told yes, it was available. However when we arrived and attempted to order it, we were told it was NOT available. This is very unfortunate considering my sister drove all the way here from Zephyrhills to get something she called to make sure she could get, especially on her birthday. The server sent the manager to the table and he did try to accommodate her with an alternative which she was thankful for and appreciated but unfortunately it wasn’t the only problem we experienced. We ordered a Bloomin Onion which came out cold. I ordered a medium temperature steak but it came out rare and so tough I could not even cut it with the knife. I really wasn't going to make a big deal out of it but when the server came by the table someone else in my party spoke up and told her my steak was very undercooked and I was also missing the broccoli I ordered. She wanted to fix it right away. She had another manager come over and he took my steak and brought me a new steak that was cooked the exact same way. Rare. Undercooked. Inedible. The really said part is I still paid for a steak I did not eat. They knew I didn’t eat it but didn’t even bother to take it off the check. I picked up the check for the table which was $150 and I ended up only eating a baked potato for dinner. The service was okay. I think Ally did her best. As for the environment, well a group of what seemed to be servers on their break was sitting close to us and every other word out of their mouth was the “F” word. Not a super big deal to me personally but I would be embarrassed if my employees behaved that way in the dining room in presence of a customer. Another group came in and was sat next to us which also seemed to be either employees who were off duty, or friends of servers who were on duty because the servers from other sections seemed to pay closer attention to them than the actual customers in that section which was also off putting to see. Overall, I left hungry and dissatisfied. I would not return or recommend it to anyone.

My first time eating lobster. I was so excited to finally try it. I got the Tuesday Tails, which was a sirloin and lobster.
Sirloin was quite tough. Lobster was such a let down. Chewy and stringy. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

Ordered a steak well done and received it rare/med rare. Completely unacceptable. What’s the point of selecting how I want it done if they can’t figure out how to do it correctly. Won’t be returning anymore. They have continued to make errors almost every time we order curbside.
