Date night was great. The sauce with the complimentary bread was so good. We had the Bruschetta, Calamari, lobster ravioli, clams diavola and for desert pana cotta and limoncello cake. Theral was fantastic dessert was ok.

Ok I'm not one to give five stars but wow. This place is an amazing find. We went today for daughters birthday. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Definitely a repeat. Well worth price. The appetizers were amazing, entrees were excellent and fresh.
This put the Northside Palace to shame.....we had a great time..the food was great!!

We visited this restaurant recently for my older nephew's birthday and enjoyed our experience! All of the food was excellent and our servers were fast and friendly! I dropped a knife on the floor and one employee quickly replaced it without me asking. I was impressed. I didn't even know that she saw me drop it. I definitely would eat here again!

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots for take out … something has changed.. pizza and knots tastes like day old bread. So disappointed in them right now. Hopefully this was just a one time thing … please do better .

Food average, service poor... RE Handicapped Parking. They have a couple of these in front of their place, and a couple that say 15 min only. I get it, it's for food pickup. I have a disable permit, and I go there to Davita for dialysis 3 times a week. My caregiver drops me off and picks me up most of the time. One day, she came to get me and was legally parked in the handicap space, and the manager of Palace came out, and walked around my car looking to see if it was legal. We were NOT in his 15 minute space, but he came around the car and gave my caregiver a nasty look and went back inside. My vehicle was there for no more than 10 minutes, in the handicapped space, not his space. This manager needs to get a life and show some respect for others.
Sadly something changed, the Pizza (take out) was sloppy and soaking wet from the tomatoes, cheese everywhere, even the cheese pie, the dough was off, too thin.

We got a reheated pizza pie instead of a fresh one. I have been to their alternate Bartow location and never had an issue I guess because they have more crowds. Hence, this is why you'd never get an unfresh pie. We notice the cheese and sauce didn't move at all and the crust was very stale. Here, the place was slow when we went.
