We were very disappointed in our pizza today. It was very greasy and had no spices The last two times we were there we had the pizza and it was delicious. The service is always good.
We are frequently customers at Palace Pizza, usually ordering pick up. Their food is very good. However, tonight, they slipped on service. I received a text my meal would be ready at 5:36. I arrived on time and was told it would be another 5 minutes..15 minutes later, I received my order. Our order included garlic knots and it didn’t look as if they were in rhe bag. I inquired and was assured they were there. Got home, no garlic knots. We called but didn’t want to drive back...
The pizza was really good and the sauce tasted super fresh. The people working there were very polite. I would highly recommend their breadsticks. It's a fluffy bread with the flavor and toppings of a garlic knot.
Dietary restrictions: They offer various Gluten Free options which was amazing! At most places you're limited if they have GF options at all. They had pasta, pizza, and chicken entrees as well.
