Drive thru for dinner. Was told had to wait for chicken 14 minutes. 25 minutes later had to go in and inquire about my food. That was strike 2 for Panda Express, I won't be back.

Wait in line and then they serve others that just walked in. It was 12:00 lunch hour. Food wasn’t ready. No egg roles. No chicken. Talked to the manager about being skipped in line and she ignored us.

I never dined inside this place therefore I didn't rate it. The food is better here this year. They slack on the portion of the food with giving you I lesser. The Biggie Plate looks like a plate you would give a 1 or 2 year old baby. Smh/Shaking my head because it's ridiculous sometimes for the proportion is underneath the amount you paid.

When I asked for some of the ice to be taken out of my cup, the drive thru cashier proceeded to laugh at my request. Even though he did it, his own coworkers asked him why he was laughing at the customer. If you must know, my teeth are sensitive to a lot of ice. That was very unprofessional to laugh at customers simple requests. Do your job better. I will not be returning. 😤

Luciano and the other woman attending the line were professional, courteous, and working very hard. The samples of the drinks were super tasty and the food was hot, delicious, and very filling. Only good things to say about this place and the staff
