The food was old even though they insisted it was only 30 minutes but you could tell it was way older than that becuse it was all dried out. And they refused to make fresh for us so we left.

A decent fast food Chinese place. Did is pretty good. Service is average. Dull atmosphere.

I personally think they are a bit pricey for Chinese, but to each their own.

It's ok when better restaurants are not an option. In that case, the food definitely hits the spot.

Order online by their app. Get there no rice for 35 minutes. No note through app or email looking for replacement item. Verbally make the change when I’m there now to get food. Only to be told one of the entrees is also not ready and I’ll STILL have to wait. High noon seems like you’d have food ready.

Do yourself a favor and eat across the street at Hibachi Express. I know I will

Every time I order from this location there is always a problem. Long wait when there is no other customer inside or in the drive thru.
Employees stand around goofing off laughing and talking.
Have to go inside the store just to remind them of my order and then they act like they forgot and have to look up my order.
Always have attitude and when ask for a cup of water they will tell you we’re not allowed to give water,I can go to McDonald’s next door and ask them.

Sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to answer. After several minutes I drove off, saw the employee standing at the window playing on his phone. This is the second time I've stopped at this location to attempt to get food. Same thing both times. Absolutely poor customer service!! I don't live near any other location a d rarely get the chance to stop by this one. Now I've tried to get food twice with no success.
