Terrible customer service. Food takes an ungodly amount of time to be given while in drive thru. Staff is rude. Literally go to any other Panda Express besides this one.

My two sons were there for dinner. I asked them to bring back a side of broccoli and cabbage, which they did. The food was inedible as a peanut was in the order. I drove all the way back and explained to two young males at the front. They were totally unsympathetic. I ordered another side of the same and was charged another $4.71, instead of being offered an apology and a complimentary item. I’m seventy years old, retired from the federal government, and found this treatment thoroughly offensive.

Overall a good experience. Friendly staff and they had the food prepared. I did not have to wait and ordered the teriyaki chicken with vegetables and 2 spring rolls and a drink. The chicken and vegetables were hot and tasted good. The quantity is decent size portions for the price.
I'd give less stars if I could! We were parked which is ok I get it but when they finally came out the people behind got they're food then they walked up to the car and asked what we ordered. Then they brought us most of our order which was cold! I've never been to panda express and now I know why! Never again!! Get it together!! You guys suck!!
