I’ve been in this area for 4 years we always have ordered from this place … I have not ordered here for about 6 months … idk what has happened but the food is not the same …. It’s awful . Our ribs were burns looks like they were cooked before and then put back in the grill… sauce was burned and it was dried out meat…. Will never go there again…

I'm not sure how this place gets any good reviews. I went on a sunday afternoon and my food was atrocious. I got a combination plate of beef/broccoli that come with rice and an egg roll. OMG! The beef was super chewy, the rice was dry and tasteless and seemed days old. The egg roll: I could barely bite a chunk off it was so tough. The inside was unidentifiable.They did make the sauce spicy for me and the broccoli was the only thing that was any good. The chick at the counter wasn't very pleasant either. In any event I won't ever be a customer again. Yuk.

My family and I love Panda World. We've been ordering take out from them for over 8 years and they are our go-to place for Chinese cuisine. Delicious, consistent and friendly. Their prices are a little more on the higher side but worth it.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. We have never had issues with this place previously. Ordered boneless spareribs that should come with pork fried rice (according to their menu). I should have been suspicious when after ordering it stated 15 - 20 minutes but I received a text it was ready in 5 minutes. I got white rice instead of pork fried rice. When I called I was told only large order comes with pork fried rice. When I said that is NOT what their menu states - he just repeated what he said. After getting off the phone I opened up the rest of the boxes and found the ribs to be burned and dried out - not edible at all. My husband's pork fried rice and sweet and sour chicken was fine. I should have checked out everything before calling and I was too irritated to call again. I called next day and it was the same person I spoke with and he was very rude and said I should call same day and I was wrong about menu. I said I took a picture of it and it still shows pork fried rice. He became rude again so I hung up.

Food has gone downhill. Picked up my order and the egg roll and steamed dumplings are similar to something that you would buy in the freezer section at the grocery store. First bite of chicken out of my chicken and broccoli was grisly and chewy.
Prices have gone up a little but where hasn't? Very Fast Service and good attitudes behind the counter! Best Tasting Chinese take-out in town!

Because we didn’t have their takeout menu at home; We went to the restaurant to order using their takeout menu from the counter. Using their menu we added up our purchase total to be $45.45. When ready, it was $57.35. Wow! Then, told the menus were outdated and the prices were incorrect; they might be higher. Not the best time to inform the customer this information!Bottom line - overcharged for poor service and below average quality food. Incorrect sauce for the items ordered. No chopsticks, napkins or apology.Very disappointed for a place we used to enjoy several times.

We had take out Friday night and it was excellent and I will go there again. We had beef and broccoli cheese and sweet and sour chicken and shrimp egg rolls loved it

We loved our meal that we ordered from Panda World. We called it in and picked it up. It was ready right on time and very easy to pick up. The staff is friendly. The food was delicious! The portions were generous and the price was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the Krab Rangoon appetizer. We will definitely be ordering from Panda World again!
