Soup wasn't made correctly, half the items order they did not have . Only 4 bagels to choose from .and I believe they usually have 8 or more variety.
Cookies were over priced and nasty tasting . Burnt over frosted with bland chocolate .
Loud and obnoxious customers 😠😒

I don't know why I keep allowing myself to be disappointed by coming here. $26 for a chicken salad and a bowl of chicken noodle soup neither were filled up. Bathroom was disgusting had to tell the manager. I asked chef about the soup and he said sorry, we scoop 3 times and no more...awful.

Good quality food with great flavor. I ordered the family deal online and picked it up. It was ready right about the estimated time. The folks behind the counter were VERY busy but helpful when available. The location can be tricky...watch for cross traffic!

I had breakfast here three mornings in a row while in town for some training. I'm a coffee person and will admit that the hazelnut coffee is the attraction. That, and the breakfast fare is a cut above McD's and similar type fast food places. The only downside is that Panera these days has gotten rid of human order takers, and I don't much enjoy having to key in my own food order. Food was good though, and the coffee was good.

Snotty service by some blonde, dirty tables, and disruptive atmosphere.

Parking: The parking lot always has puddles in the first five spots. So much so that you get your feet wet. Even when it hasn't rained in days.

Staff in the morning are rude and loud in the pick up food area . Employees sound and act as if they’re in high school cafeteria.

They know their stuff. Food rocks. If you're feeling under the weather the tomato soup and grilled cheese will do you right. Truthfully working my way thru the soups haven't had a bad one yet!

Ordered the fireside chillie for 4 people, lol maybe for midgets but not 4 grown adults. It tasted like they added all the powdered spices last. Powered spices added at the end and didn't get enough cook time to get that taste out is nasty. Will I order again. Definitely not the chillie.

Food was great. Hot tea bar was missing cane syrup and natural sugar packets. Tables needed to be wiped and the drink area smelt like the inside of a bathroom. Service was excellent though and I left full and satisfied so I was happy. I will be back.
