Very nice staff and great food! Clean place to eat. We got soup in bread bowls! It was great! I also got a hot tea and was pleased to find they still have hot water later at night.
I pay monthly for free drinks and the morning staff knows me very well since I come in a few days a week but this afternoon I got treated like a child because I was told my drink that I ordered large came up as small. I log in and press the same thing from this morning which came up as large so I shouldn't have to defend myself about the true size! It's free anyways because I have the sip club subscription. I'm really disappointed in the afternoon staff.

Places outdated. They need a little facelift on that place the furniture everything is oldWhen you walk into a restaurant and it doesn't look appetizing now the breads and the pastries they look very nice but the furniture and rugs everything has been there for many moons. Need a face lift..

"Jade" is rude as hell! I placed an order at the kiosk for a specific cookie and I wanted a particular one that was in view/on display. I tried to get someone's attention to alert them, before packaging the cookie, but it was busy so noone really caught my gesture or heard me say "excuse me". Jade noticed that there were already cookies packaged, so she quickly grabbed the pre-packaged cookie and called my name for pick-up. The young lady working the register addressed me and said that she would get someone's attention, once she was done with her customer. She let Jade know that I wanted a particular cookie instead. Jade said "OMG" , as though I bothered her to ask for a particular cookie. I heard her, clearly. She was in my view. I get it, Jade...you found it SO BOTHERSOME to walk a couple of extra feet over to put a cookie in a package. SO SORRY I AGITATED YOU WHILE YOU WERE AT WORK---SERVING CUSTOMERS. I wasn't rude nor pushy, though I could have been. It would have surely matched Jade's customer service. Thank you to the young lady in the register area, who quickly assisted. It took all of 5 seconds. It's not like I asked for a cookie to be fresh-baked.
