Placed online order from there app. Show up and scheduled time and they didn't even make the order yet. Watched a cook drop pizza dough on the floor also and didn't see it go in the trash after.

I order pizza there around twice a week for years and have never had a problem.I just made a order for delivery like always and I leave a decent tip.The tracking showed up ready for pickup.I called and was told even though I’m less than a mile away there was a additional charge of $5.49 for delivery and can they put it on my credit card. They made the mistake as I’ve made 100’s of orders there that are always delivery so I cancelled my order. That’s a sorry way to lose a long time customer but by your recent feedback it looks like your doing a pretty good job.I’ll never order anything there again and will probably have to call the bank as you haven’t removed the charge.

Wow... just wow.
First of all, order at your own risk. It's extremely rare that I have to judge something this harshly, I don't enjoy giving 1 star reviews, but there is no excuse for this.
I ordered a large stuffed crust garlic pie and paid an extra $2 for bacon. What I received was some sort of Frankenpizza that I literally couldn't get myself to eat. Half of the pie was stuffed crust, but the edges were like... rolled back so the cheese was exposed and baked that way? The other half of the pizza was either regular dough or had been opened up, and the crust cheese squeezed/baked out.
Half of the pizza was un-cut, and the other half was cut up into like 1 inch wide slices. Instead of any bacon, there was sausage and pineapple randomly stuffed up under the main cheese, which itself had mostly slid over to one side. And by that, I mean there were like 3 pieces of each in radom spots
Management will definitely be getting a call tomorrow. It's really hard to come up with a scenario where this was accidental. Especially with the way the garlic sauce was smacked down right into the pie and pushed in enough to break through the bottom crust a bit.

Disgusting, a waste of $30 (already a lot for a single 14" pie), and a shameful excuse for a product. Based on the other reviews here, management at this location may itself be the problem, so it may be time to alert corporate about this store.
Gonna sleep on it and call them tomorrow.

My daughter ordered a medium pizza. Cost was $25. All I had for cash was 2 $20s. My daughter gave the driver $40 and asked for $10 in change. He advised he, " had no change". $40 for a cold medium pizza in this economy is insane. The driver knew we were paying cash but did not have $1, $5, or $10 to make change? I doubt it.

The large size pizza size that was described to me over the phone was a little bit smaller when I showed up in the store than I thought. So I requested to change my order to an extra large pizza and the gentleman with the glasses who was working the counter told me they would not accommodate me because my order would be ready soon. It was still in the oven. I requested again and received the same answer so I canceled the order and went to the next pizza place on the next block. very bad customer service

Watch out for their pre-tipping scam when ordering online, if your order is $35 with discounts, they will suggest the tip % based on full retail like it's a $100+ order even though the order is $69.

I ordered a cheese pizza with the edge stuffed with cheese, they charged me for it and instead they gave me a different one without edge. I was very disappointed since I had explicitly asked for another one ???

I had initially left a 1-star review due to a Shaqaroni pizza not being warm when I picked it up. The manager invited me to re-order another pizza at no charge. A few weeks later I went inside this time to order, so I would be there when it was ready. They didn't have the same promotion, so I ordered a thin crust with lots of pepperoni. Thin sure means thin, but that's what I ordered. It was hotter than the first one, but I've concluded that even if you pick up right out of the oven, pizzas just don't travel well. Since they don't have a dining room, I'm thinking fresh, hot pizza can only be found in a dine-in restaurant, unless I were closer.I'm thinking the first pizza I ordered may have sat for a few minutes, rather than longer which I had initially thought. Having ordered in person there and driving the pizza 7 miles and 12 minutes, it's just not possible for a pizza to stay warm that long. If you don't mind pizza that can't be served fresh, or if you are closer than me, then this location might be for you.Obviously, the manager is concerned about her customers and was very pleasant to me, so my customer service experience wasn't an issue here. I will say, if you're going to tip in the store like I did (and you should), do it when you order, because after you do, they will immediately be a bit more personable to you. I tipped $3 mid-way and the personality change it made was remarkable. I used to be a server, so I totally get that. A few dollars means more to them (on a per person basis) than it does to me or you, so give an extra dollar.I think they do their best here, given what they do, and whether an employee is jovial and smiling or not is irrelevant to your pizza. This is not a full-service restaurant and should not be compared to one. How fresh and hot your pizza is will be determined by how far it has to travel and how long that takes. For those that mention the delivery car sitting out front in the fire lane, that much is true. But if it were my pizza they were delivering, I wouldn't be complaining about it. I found not walking into it worked pretty well, so try that and see how it works out.

This location has ruined Papa John's for me. I've been a fan for many many years. As basic as don't park in the fire lane in front of your store. I already reported this to management months ago and it didn't accomplish anything. I see it everytime that I visit the Publix next door. If there is an ongoing disregard for the safety piece of things, I can no longer contribute to that location or business. So simple to fix!
