Ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm. Paid in advance and for delivery. Pizza never arrived so by 10 pm I called. I was told that they had no delivery drivers so they had to Dash it (their words), however Dash cancelled my delivery. No one from Papa John’s bothered to contact me to inform me. The manager on duty then offered to remake my pizza and deliver it, to which I inquired how would anyone know if I would even get a pizza since no one had enough common sense to let their customer know their food was not coming and what if it happened again. The response I got was…. Crickets!!! It’s a shame that a company that prides itself on pizza and delivery fails at the basics of getting the pizza the customer ordered and paid for but allows a third party outside vendor decide to cancel and then not inform the customer!!! Then on top when I cancelled the order was told the credit would take 24 to 48 hours!!! They sure took the money from my debit card as soon as I ordered though.
Minus 1 star for poor customer service!!!! Never again PAPA!!!

Decent pizza not as good as a traditional pizza parlor where you can get an 18 inch pie but in these franchise pizza places the largest pies are usually 16 inches so like I said pretty good pizza but not as good as a privately owned pizza parlor like I said you can get an 18 inch pie so depends on how much money you're willing to spend on a Pizza private Pizza parlers are more expensive than a Papa John so to save a few bucks Pappa John's is your choice

It felt inappropriate when they printed the receipt just so I could leave a tip, even though I already had the option to tip when I ordered through the app and my payment was already made. I order from Papa John’s often, and if I have to go pick up my pizza myself, I don’t usually tip. The woman at the counter was also quite rude and seemed older.

We ordered a take out Hawaiian pizza it was terrible. The sauce reeked of oregano. I can take it in small doses. But it was way over the top. We have ordered a lot of pizza’s from this store none have ever been like this pizza!

I think they have a magical cherub with the boogie in the hoodie. All I know is I'm wearing their door out going here so much. So if you have a business greasing door hinges, they are going to be a great customer. Yeah I don't know what it is but this place has some secret they don't want mere mortals (competition) to know about.

The first time I went there three days ago I got the large thin crispy with half on peanuts and half mushrooms with pepperoni it was awesome then I went there a day before yesterday and got the same thing but I got the Papa John's Pizza which was thicker I didn't like his much but I like the pepperonis the service is great their the customer service for excellent and the pizza was good either way I ate it anyway like the first one better

They did not pay attention when I placed my order online for pickup at 3:15 I called at around 10 minutes to 2:00 and by 2:00 I had gotten a text saying my order was ready I did not want it till 3:15 The person I spoke with at the store tried to say it was a problem with the system I just believe they didn't pay attention when my people pick the pizza up it was cold we wanted hot pizza not cold pizza that is one reason why I quit ordering from Papa John's a while back I wanted to give you another chance but once again you have disappointed me I will continue to get my pizzas from Domino's where it is always hot and fresh

I accidentally ordered the wrong meat and walked back in and told them and they were absolutely incredible about making me a new one in a very fast manner, hands down best pizza place ever!

Well, I clicked on pepperoni New York style on the app & then it comes up as a cheese pizza. I got to the store and showed them how I had tried to order pepperoni not cheese. The manager said that it had happened to a few other people and he understood the confusion. He made me another pizza free of charge. Won’t make the mistake again, but I appreciate him making it right for me & my family tonight! Thank you!
