We ordered a side of Mac and cheese last night that wasn’t in the bag. The manager called me and asked my hotel name and room number so she could personally deliver two vouchers for free meals. Very impressed with customer service. Not to mention THOSE TENDERS THOUGH ?

I love PDQ but not this location. We ordered on the app but food was still being prepared.The sandwich I had was placed inside a bag that all the pieces were separated so I had to play LEGO! I had only a piece of chicken and bunch of lettuce and one single pickle.No that’s not right!

Horrible! I ordered $27 worth of food of which $5 was for zucchini fries… they were a solid grease pit… breading fell off, disgusting and I had to wait for them. Classic sandwich lacked seasoning, and the honey butter chicken was chewy…I won’t go back,

Great chicken tenders, their house sauce is a must.
My most recent PDQ experience was probably the worst. Ordered spicy tenders, crispy nuggets and zucchini fries. One of the tenders was cold, and some of the others were a little chewy. The nuggets were ok. However nothing could prepare me for the disappointment of the zucchini fries. Grab one and it's mush. Not much of a 'fry'. Bite into it and you're greeted with a literal mouthful of oil. Definitely do not recommend the zucchini fries.

Living in Lakeland for around 4 years and never try this. One they I want to try something new and in my opinion this PDQ restaurant was so good, the 12 pieces nuggets it’s a plus but my favorite are the tenders with Ranch sauce and a Oreo Milkshake. After the first try, now is a stop every week. Always follow instructions with food and they put every sauce etc. In my opinion give them a try, if you love Chick Fil A or Zaxby’s you should be happy with this. They are top
We recently visited PDQ. Having never been there before, the menu was very straightforward and priced affordably. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and 2 kids meals. Our food was ready before we could even fill our drinks. The restaurant was clean, a little chilly but ok. I like the offered coloring pages. Love the coke remix machine! My favorite part besides the sandwich was the sauces!Parking: Good parkingKid-friendliness: Offered coloring pages and crayons.

Start with no soap in bathroom, drink's taste watered down, they just opened and tables were not wiped down. I will never take my family back there again.
