The pizza is standard Pizza Hut fare. The service is good, and the food is ready when they say it will be. The manager is a very nice man, and seems tonhave the kitchen humming along well.

I will start with I ate the pizza. But after 16 years of eating the sausage and mushroom pizza from this location, I can honestly say it was the first time I was disappointed. Yes there was plenty of sausage and plenty of mushrooms, what was missing was the cheese. Large swatches without cheese. Unacceptable.

Got delivery. It was supposed to be 25 to 30 minutes after about 45 minutes of waiting. I get a call saying that he can’t find my place, I tried giving him the address again, but he said it wasn’t working which it works for me all the time. I’m in an Airbnb for work after the address not working again which I don’t think he even tried. I tried giving him clear instructions to go underneath the bridge and take a right after 10 minutes of being on the phone and him not moving to try to come and find my place with the clear instructions I eventually had to go get it myself. If I wanted to go get it I would’ve done carry out. It was a waste of my time and money after an hour of waiting. I finally got my food and it was cold and Not very good definitely will not be back

I am use to going to the Pizza Hut on 98 north but was in the area even with construction and decided to give it a try.. Ordered a large meat lovers… When I got it home my husband said where is the meat?? They were scared to put toppings on this pizza.. Come on.. And a large without much toppings… YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED and put a bad reputation for Pizza Hut.. Will NOT RETURN…😳😳😳😡😡😡

I would give a zero if I could. Several times I have tried to call to order a pizza that they promised to me because of a previous error. The store does not answer the phone. When I finally got through the man who answered was annoyed that I called and couldn’t believe that I was asking if I had reached the local store. The previous error was due to a third-party delivery group which never delivered my pizza. The error today was also a third-party delivery, DoorDash and they sent me a message saying they had handed the pizza directly to me. I never received it. Hector from DoorDash said he left it where the GPS told him to leave it even though on the app he said he handed it directly to me. I called DoorDash corporate and they tried to get a hold of Pizza Hut to get me another pizza. The store at 1362 Ariana St. in Lakeland has the DoorDash phone number blocked so that they don’t have to answer the phone calls or complaints. I called Pizza Hut corporate to express the significant issues in this location. The person I spoke with at corporate was extremely pleasant but when he was unable to place the order for me or to reach anyone at the location y phone he was forced to explain that the store in Lakeland has Pizza Hut’s corporate office blocked from inputting any orders into their system. The representative was extremely apologetic that he Connor give me any type of voucher or coupon so that I could place the order myself. My only recourse is to go directly to the store to place the order… completely ignoring the fact that I wanted a pizza delivered during the football game. I only got to see 3 plays of the entire game because of all of the phone calls that I had to make. The corporate representative did send an email on my behalf but there is no guarantee that the District Manager will contact me about this situation.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
The owner/operator clearly does not care if you receive your order or if you like it either.
On a positive note if you need a job as a driver they can hire you unless they really care less…
Oh BTW, I am still hungry!!!!

I have ordered at the Pizza Hut on Ariana three times and that’s enough. The first time I got the NY’er and there was barely any cheese. The second time I got their honey bbq wings and loved them, but got sick right after.:(( I went back today, which is months later, to try the NY’er again and this time paid for extra cheese, and there was no sauce. -_______- Yeah, I’m done.

I have never been more disappointed in customer service in my life. For instance I've had a few problems with my orders being incorrect.I talked to a manager melissa today this lady tried to make me out of a lie and told me I had only on ordered from the to their establishment twice. June the 23 rd 2025 and today July the 7th 2025 today. I actually forgot that I was a Christian and told her I could prove what I was saying.I would definitely wonder know the corporate staff that hired this manager melissa and some of the staff that do not have customer service skill and that are incapable of taking orders. Don't take my word for it. Ask if you have their permission to record them and do so.This will allow you to experience the interaction so that you may rate them yourself. I give them a bad review and I can guarantee you that I haven't been the first and I surely won't be the last. The food was always great just not the customer service. Personally corporate need to retrain the managers in this establishment well at least one.Melissa the manager😤😤😤😤😡😡😡
