Order 40 dollars of food. For delivery was told 50 mins processed the payment over the phone I asked about adding the tip they said already went through give til when they get there…. Well hr and half later still no pizza call back 20 more mins still hasn’t left (cold pizza) 10 mins later I had a knock trying to get to the door get outside and my order was left on the porch and missing a whole pizza. So disrespectful if ya would of have me a minute to get to the door I had a whole tip for ya…. Call to speak to someone and I got hung up on 3 times and couldn’t talk to a manager…. If ya don’t like ya job find a new one please it’s the principle that has me upset

I just ordered a large pan with extra cheese and mushrooms. I would like sausage on half. I got half mushrooms half sausage. This is the second time this happened. I don't know how to make it any clearer.

Pizza was not prepared as ordered. Service was poor, very poor. Do not order pizza from the Pizza Hut on Ariana Blvd in Lakeland, FL.
Went there and ordered a simple cheese pizza and wings. Pizza was very overcooked and when ordering wings you have to pay for sauce with wings. Who eats wings with no sauce. Been going there for years but never again.
They were quick with my online order. The girl at the counter was very friendly.

The guy that delivered my food smelled so horrible it stunk up my entire apartment building hallway I threw the food in the garbage I couldn't eat from somewhere that let someone smell that horrible literally like something dead and allow them to deliver handle or even walk into their restaurant like that for work no telling who was actually preparing the food it makes me sick of my stomach that man smelled so bad
