Ordered a pan pizza. Picked it up took it home. It wasn't a pan pizza. Drove back to the store. Waited 15 minutes while they did a new one. Took it home. Was supposed to be pork, peperoni and green peppers and extra sauce. It had onions, mushrooms and extra cheese with no sauce.

This is by far the worst pizza place I have ever been to... I got a plat bread pepperoni pizza and I swear to go this pizza was made at lunch time and re-heated and I spent 30 bucks on this food I ended up throwing away plus the 10 in gas to go get it bc they don't deliver to my area 2 miles from them... My pizza wasn't even warm when I picked it up and I still had to wait 15 minutes..

In all my 30 years of Pizza Hut in all different states all over different states, have I had a Pizza Hut that gets it right all the time. Whoever checked me out at 915ish 11/27 with braces, had perfect customer service, and went above and beyond. We eat from this Pizza Hut at least once a week and weather it be the young small girl as well with the piercings or the young gentlemen, or manger, when we come; always pleasant

I ordered a hand tossed medium pizza and a medium pan pizza. I got home to two hand tossed pizzas. I paid extra and didn't get what I paid extra for. The guy on the phone claimed he made it himself and the only way to refund me was to come back. It is 9:30 at night and I'm not driving 15 minutes from here to prove to you that I got two hand tossed pizzas. Terrible customer service and learn how to do your job. Never ordering here again.

The general manager, David really needs to learn what customer service is all about. He is so unprofessional. It’s unbelievable. He charged my husband with a spatula refused him service and then would not take his coupon which was valid. Please check out Instagram, Facebook TikTok, YouTube. You will see the video of the display of customer service. Mr. David performed at his establishment this afternoon very professional.

When you get home and your pizza is burnt… lol won’t be coming back to this Pizza Hut. Will be driving across town from now on. Get there to get it and both employees are out front vaping. Maybe less vaping and getting the pizzas out of the oven on time

OK people it’s not that hard. If you read the online order, you should check to make sure that the pizza you’re making matches the online order. Twice in a row Pizza Hut has messed up my order. There have been other times they’ve messed it up too so I ask myself, “Why do I keep coming back?”Whether it’s sauce on a no sauce pizza or the wrong kind of crust or mixed up toppings… I mean it still tastes good, but it’s not what you ordered. And that’s a real problem.
