Food is amazing as always, customer service is fantastic, but the parking lot is an absolute POS and dread having to drive through it. Seriously page that parking lot and add some stop signs, it’s dangerous as hell and filled with trash.

Ordered 3 hours before needed. Still came 30 minutes later than i requested and pan pizza was raw and the melt had no cheese and was too burnt to eat. Stay away from this one.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered pizza for my students Christmas party. I honestly thought that I paid the gratuity when I paid the 80.00 for 6 pizzas ?. When they were delivered to my school (0.6 miles away) I learned it was not included by the very rude delivery man when asked if these were mine to which he said "Do you have a tip for me?" When I began to apologize and explain I thought it had been included, he was even more rude. I went to my classroom got him a tip so he would leave. now my students have cold pizza to eat. The delivery man talked to me this way in front of my co-workers and administrators. Clearly I did not like that so I called the manager, Dave, who was unconcerned about this, never offered an apology. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I love my students but they will eat from any other place but this one moving forward. The staff that witnessed this rudeness say the same thing. Shame on you Pizza Hut and Manager Dave.

Me and my children went in to eat as soon as we walked through the door employees was fussing amongst one another and one man cussing on his way to the register to take our order about how mad he was with management then when he got to the register he didn't greet us he stated do you have a pick up order. We haven't even ordered yet so we turned around and walked out didn't feel comfortable or welcomed.

I received a pizza during Thursday night football that was awful! The crust was brittle and dry. I expressed my displeasure with my pizza and this was the response I got from corporate headquarters.
