Horrible customer service!! We ordered online at 7:28 at 930 we still don't have food! We called to check on our order and the manager Alisha Kane was very rude to us told us we would not be getting our food because they ran out of ingredients then hung up on us! This was my first time ordering here and will definitely be my last! And to top it all off I called this morning and talked to the GM. his attitude was no better!

Ordered from this location twice recently, was very happy with the food and service both times. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza with 3 toppings. They did an excellent job on the pizza both times. Wouldn't hesitate to order from this location again. Got curbside pick up the second time, was easy and convenient.

Do not eat here! After ONE hour we didn’t get our orden, they said that the driver knock at our door, but that does not make any sense because you had to go first to a gate to get to the door! So didn’t even send the pizza! I think that the employees do that to keep the pizza, and the customer services even worse!

We haven't had Pizza Hut in many years. They have opened a new location on 98 N and we thought we would try it out. It was ok, not great. Didn't love the crust and the pan pizza is not that same as years ago. Not crispy, thick or just the right amount of greasy. Probably won't try again for many years.

Went in Saturday late afternoon for dine in pizza. Not usually a big deal. I have never had such bad service or lack of caring anywhere that I can remember. I will never return to this place. The server took our order. She returned sometime later with drinks. Later on came the straws. While we waited, 2 other tables were served the wrong pizzas. One table was served the wrong food twice. After a long wait she came back to ask us what we had ordered. When our pizza finally came, it was wrong. The manager brought it to our table, I told him it was wrong & how upset all these folks were in the dining room tonight. He said he knew. No sorry, no nothing. We got no plates or silverware. I went to the counter for plates, we got 1 set of silverware brought to our table. Went to pay, overcharged for a drink. I am so furious by now, I am shaking. Still no apology. The place could have been run by a monkey & it would be better. Sorry, PHut, I don’t know how you are able to keep your doors open. AVOID at all costs.
