Is there any place in the Lakeland area that has good NY style pizza. Been living here for a year and a half and I haven't found one yet. I have ordered from pizza huts elsewhere in the country so when I ordered from this store I knew what to expect. I was wrong. This makes other pizza huts look good (and they're not). Poorly prepared pie. Not enough sauce and very under cooked. The closest I have come to good NY style pizza is a place on Duff Rd. It's ok pizza but it wouldn't make it in NY/NJ.

Ordered our dinner at 7. They called at 7:40 to tell us they didn’t have an item and wanted to know if we wanted to substitute it. My wife was fine with that and told the guy what she wanted. He then apologized and said they couldn’t modify the order since we used Apple Pay. So after waiting close to 40 mins they cancelled our order. So instead of substituting 2 items they lost a $100 purchase.
First !!!!Not only did they make my pizza wrong they basically told me it was my fault.Then it was almost like they wanted to argue with me ,explaining to them I don’t want to argue just fix my order please .After re ringing me up 2 x the 3 person come to ask me what was order was at this point I’m pissed let’s just say they fixed the pizza told me not me be talking about them on my phone in the store meanwhile just explaining to my son who had been in car for 30 mins at this point guys tells me I can go outside on my phone if I’m talking about him then shoves the boxes of pizza in my stomach and says now u can leave .. wow never going bk

My food was made wrong and when I went back to hvae it fixed the manager basically called me a liar about my food being wrong so I asked for my money back and he was very rude and aggressive. I will never eat at Pizza hut again all thanks to the store manager of this store

Would not recommend. I just left. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting on my order when it was ready the whole time. I saw him put the pizza in the warmer. The gentleman was just being rude saying it wasn't ready.

I placed an order online last nite with my last 30$ for food for me and the kids. My order was processing almost an hour before it got cancelled. The money of course wasn’t refunded and the chat support agent Ralf agent was absolutely unpleasant. He completely disregarded the fact Pizza Hut charged my card , didn’t deliver my order and had not even contacted me prior for explanation. The tracking app is never correct or in sync with the delivery service. I’m beyond disgusted with how this incident was handled as much as I order from this store and will never again do business with them. Order Dominos or Papa John’s the customer service in itself is beyond what Pizza Hut cares to offer.
