Fast forward to today, go online and input my address and this is the closest location to me DUH! ordered here a few days ago no issue, place my order online spins and takes my money but nothing happens. Call the store very nice young lady answers explain the situation put me on hold to be answered by what I assume is a manager who proceeds to explain to me that they don't deliver to my home and that it is what it is. I live 4.2 miles away/10 mins away. So you don't want my $80.00+ or the $15.00 tip for the driver. Shame.

I Ordered the bread sticks because I had enough reward points earned for free bread sticks....These were the worst bread sticks I have ever eaten... They were way overcooked and barely eatable.....

Placed on order for a delivery scheduled 4 hours later with 2 large pan pizzas. Get a text saying they assigned a DoorDash driver who will deliver it in 30 minutes 3.5 hours before scheduled time. Call to find out what’s going on and am immediately hung up on. Call again and they say we are out of pan pizza so I cancelled the order. Will probably not try to order from this location again as there is always an issue.

I feel year after year the pizza quality has definitely decreased. I remember eating inside a restaurant and the pizza was fully and soooo cheesy. My pizza today looked like I ordered a thin crust pizza, the flavor tasted like 2 day old pizza. Very stale and no flavor at all. I normally order hungry Howies and wanted to switch things up since I haven't had pizza hit in a while. Nothing to do with the staff at all. Just really disappointed in the quality of food. Spent $40 for 3 pizza and boneless wings.
NO QUALITY CONTROL!!I purchased a Pizza on Super Bowl Sunday and IT WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED from Pizza Hut.Ok, there was a line waiting (?!!) and we were treated to the excuses of -- an oven broke down and some other poppycock - so OK we'll give them some time - it's still 45 minutes until Kick Off - but when I got my pizza home the "collar" - the edge starting from there INTO where the "Sauce Line " was over THREE INCHES!!! THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO SAUCE beyond a smattering!!! This PROBLEM was hidden by the cheese that ALSO ended at the "3 Inch" mark. ADD to this pathetic presentation was the fact that the Bacon I paid for was MISSING!!So, at least the amount of Sausage was fair, and the fragments of Onion provided some taste so I had a mediocre, lumpy, Frisbee to gnaw on, a situation I'm obviously upset about -- and the premise of my complaint. -- NO QUALITY CONTROL -- which tells me there's POOR MANAGEMENT!!

Man, I miss the I miss the days of the Pizza Hut salad. Bar man back in the day. I really enjoyed the salad bar at the old Pizza Hut's man. They had decent potato salad that you don't find Anywhere. I mean, you know you plan today to SAIL around. But you know, it had a decent recipe. Whatever made it form, make good potato salad. D*** i*, I miss the salad bar.
It’s the customers. When they make a mistake, they tend to get an attitude because they are suppose to correct it. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there, simple.
There are several photos that pop up for this place that are over 6 years old and not in anyway representative of the establishment my daughter and myself visited.Unfortunately being somewhat newer to the area I assumed the photos depicting a large sit down pizza eatery like what I've grown up with was not actually accurate to the small pick-up/delivery only establishment that is here. Besides this let down I couldn't say anything negative about the food or service.The pizzas were good and the staff took extra steps that are not within their job descriptions, to make sure my daughter had a pleasant experience while we waited for our pizzas.

Pizza Hut express Lakeland Square is horrible! more than once we tried to order from their website, never received our food, had to call to find out they were "down" and had to close. Had to call for days to get a refund. Stopped using them. Decided to tonight. Ordered on their site. 30 mins later get a phone call "This is Pizza Hut sorry we're closed" click. called the store, they answer " This is Pizza Hut we're closed. it is 6p on a Friday. Tell the girl this has happened too many times before it's ridiculous I want a manager because I want my money back. they then shut down their site and hung up on me. I called bk and a man answered same way. After telling him I wanted my money bk, their store is the worst, he repetitively called me Karen! you need customers! we dont need you. there are many pizza places out there. No customer service whatsoever and we will never order from them again. so juvenile. get a real manager! ps. Dominoes has a $20 deal and shorter delivery time!

I made a pick-up for DoorDash and the staff was very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait for the order, but that might have been a DoorDash error and not the restaurant. They did offer me a slice of pizza (declined because of carbs) for having to wait which was a nice gesture. Definitely recommend this Pizza Hut location.
