I purchased a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza & breadsticks +3 cups of marinara on the side everyone here was so kind especially the manager & our food was so yummy fresh !I highly recommend.I hope pizza hut is aware of the super crew they have here!!Great Team Relish Food Will Be Back Thank You Guys!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE STORE HAS A LOW RATING FOR A REASON. Horrible customer service And if you want something new ordered because THEY didn’t get it right they WILL give you a hard time and try to tell you it’s your own fault! The “franchise” owner hung up in my face repeatedly, but of course didn’t have the same energy when I got there IN PERSON!!! A franchise owner that’s good at his job would’ve IMMEDIATELY apologized and asked to fix my order so that’s what he’s teaching his employees so just imagine how his employees treat people. Needs to be SHUT DOWN

I received the exact order I sent in online, and Laci provided excellent customer service at the checkout. Thank you! Because of this I’ll be back when our family has another take-out night.
Ordered this evening from this location for the first and what will be the last time. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before doing so. Since it’s Pizza Hut didn’t think it would be necessary but now seeing it is. Received two wrong pizzas this evening and when I called in to see if it could be corrected. Received nothing but a condescending attitude. Was told by the manager that she knew our order was wrong before it went out that’s why she told the driver to talk to us. Why not just fix the order if you are aware it’s WRONG BEFORE it even leaves your building. Then when your driver delivers it and says it’s wrong but give it a try if you don’t like it let us know and we will replace it or credit you and the customer calls in to do exactly that why give them the attitude and run around. Usually Pizza Hut is usually spot on and provides customer service. I was told tonight this one is independently owned I guess they are not required to provide decent customer service.

This is nothing more but a thinner crust of the thin and crispy pizza and almost twice the price with extra herbs and seasoning, and a few extra toppings that you can buy unless you order like what you want. Stick With the thin crust pizza the only difference with this as far as Chicago style is they cut it into squares you can cut it into squares at home and save yourself a bucks and they don’t have extra cheese when you ask him to scam your seasonings you’ll be fine. Another desperate ploy by Pizza Hut to reinvent the pizza and maybe they changed a few toppings but the pizzas no better and it’s no more filling. It’s almost cracker thing that would be the only thing I would say that’s good if you don’t want a lot of carbs, but one person can eat a whole pizza And not really maybe equates to maybe two pieces of regular pizza sad sad sad sad ..?
