Braden was super sweet and his service was exceptional! He made some great recommendations and let me sample the dragon fruit flavor. Very kind and generous staff. Place was pleasant and clean as well:)

I was craving a chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothie. Get Up & Glow hit the spot. I’m a bit sensitive to dairy so I excluded the frozen yogurt and got extra oatmilk. I also asked for some hazelnut drizzle. Quite delicious!

My favorite smoothie place in Lakeland!! So good!! Everyone is always so kind & attentive. I have only had one mess up and I called and they took care of it. Highly recommend ❤️

Worst smoothie i ever had. Went back in for a refund, and the girl said I can't give you a refund. I told the girl to keep the smoothie as they sucked. She threw them away. Only the manager can do that, and he's not in. Why don't you teach your employees how to refund customers. They place also smelled. Never got a refund. Never go here.

Honestly love coming here, the service stands out I think the ladies name is Lexi. Every time I come in she's smiling and friendly, and quick with my order. It's definitely a good positive energy there.

If you purchase a drink and get add-ins like protein, it adds volume to the drink but this particular store will not give you the extra, they just throw it out. I explained to them the add-ins add volume but to no avail. (note - every other planet smoothie I've ever purchased from gives you the leftovers.) Why, exactly, would a business just throw out the excess rather than give it to the customer, especially when the customer pays extra. Ridiculous policy! Spend your money somewhere else.
