Spent 60$ and told cashier was missing the 4 biscuits told me wasn't ready to pull around good thing I checked cause she was gonna let me leave without them so I park like asked to after 5 min I go inside and ask about it the lady manager acts like it's a bother then the nice gentleman at counter tells me 40 more second now it's been at least 10 to 15 min that my food is all sitting in car getting cold worst customer service will not be going back made husband a sandwich since the popcorn ship was hard and cold

Like all fast food restaurants, the food looked nothing like they advertised. I got the " surf and turf " box...4 tiny shrimp and 2 chicken nuggets in a huge box. Beans and rice was about 2 mouthfuls and the mashed potatoes with gravy was the same. The biscuit was the only decent and consistent thing about the meal...besides the coke.

Just wanted a fish sandwich. Ordered online. Couldn't find my order. Oh that was in drive thru. Oh also we don't have the fish sandwich. During the middle of Lent. Offered no replacement. Made me stand there for 10 minutes looking like a lost puppy. Got refund online and left. No help whatsoever. Waste of time.

The food is good but half the time they’re out of what you want the other half of the time they close early. It’s 8 o’clock at night and there’s no lights on in the parking lot. The lobby is already closed they just need better service. Maybe they need more staff. The food is always great but service sucks.

This place is horrible the staff sucks I ordered on line and stated I would be there by a certain time and still had to wait for my food. I finally got my order thought everything was in the bag when I got home and started to unpack the bag lo and behold NO FRIES. took me almost 1/2 hour to get to the place and I wasn’t going back. I even tried to call this place and no one picks up the phone. While I was waiting the counter person rubbed her nose then served people that were waiting their food. So disgusting. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE. I will try to get a hold of the owner or corporate to put a verbal complaint as well. Beware of ordering from this place.
