I have been supporting this coffee shop for a while now, I always love coming in and getting their seasonal drinks. However, I have to say the customer service here is absolutely atrocious. The only reason I am repeat customer of theirs is because it’s is so conveniently located, and they really do have AMAZING drinks. However, if you're in ANY kind of a rush, DO NOT GO HERE!! There have been MULTIPLE occasions where I ordered my drink, and then was forgotten about. I used to be a barista, so I definitely understand that things get busy and mistakes can happen! But even when Pour Bear isn’t busy, I have now had two separate instances here where I have waited over THIRTY minutes for one iced latte to go. Absolutely insane. 🤯

Okay so I love the atmosphere and I love supporting local coffee shops but this is the second time giving this place a shot and once again I’m disappointed- I so wanted to love it :(
The drinks my husband and I ordered just lacked flavor (same with the first time.) Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

They need to hire additional help. I ordered ONE coffee to go and waited an HOUR for it... they had one guy making all the coffee and one girl in the back baking and every 10 minutes coming to the register to get the line down. Coffee tastes ok but not worth an hour. Equivalent in taste to Panera.

My absolute favorite place to get stuff done in all of Lakeland!! Such a relaxed atmosphere, I haven’t had a single bad drink from here! The selection of food isn’t super big, but everything is locally made and absolutely yummy! One of the best hidden gems in Polk by far :)

I had a quad shot over ice and it was pulled correctly (it was excellent, all taste notes were present). The baristas were also friendly and the atmosphere was interesting. I'll be back the next time I come through the area.

First off, if you’re looking for a local business to support, they are awesome! They have SO many drinks and flavors to chose from. Lactose? You got it. My mother and I got their recommend, top two drinks. They were on point! Not too heavy either!
Feeling like you need a quick sweet treat to go with your coffee? they have an AMAZING selection located in the same building also noting that they have a few more pop up vendors in door with fresh honey , etc! Awesome first experience on the go. 10/10 will be back to try more!

The cold brew coffee was really good. I got a spinach and feta Danish which was also nice. Has a very homey comfortable atmosphere and the staff was very kind.

Cold brew was outstanding. Good ambiance and vibes. Definitely will come back. Saturday mornings there is a independent baker selling gourmet pastries. They are Calle Meraki Bakery. Really fine and good products.

Coffee wasn’t that bad, but they charged me $1 for half and half. Yes you are reading that right. Ladies and gentlemen it now costs a dollar for one of the literal critical ingredients in coffee. And the best part is, it’s not 50 cents or 75 cents, it’s a dollar for a splash of half and half. They’re out here buying a gallon of half and half for $5 and literally making more money on the milk than they are the coffee, the product that they’re selling. Next time I go get a hotdog or a hamburger, I guess I should pay for the ketchup and mustard. Or next time I go buy a drink I guess they should charge me for ice. Ridiculous
