First time here tonight - had chicken parm & and eggplant parm both are so good but the garlic knots were so soft and delicious!! we will definitely be back! Great service and great food is just what we were looking for!

so disappointed with the service. I placed an order for a 14’ pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks online through their website that pops up on google directly to them. when we went to pick it up i stayed in the car and my boyfriend went inside to get the order they were rude from the beginning to my boyfriend saying I didn’t order it there and they were too busy to help him. he called me so send him the receipt to verify, I heard then give my boyfriend attitude so I got down to see what was going on. Sal which I guess is the owner and some other lady kept telling us they didn’t have a ticket for my order. I pulled out my phone and showed them the website I ordered from and the receipt and he said everything was correct but he didn’t get the ticket and he couldn't do anything for us. as he said that a hispanic lady that was working there too said “remember that happened to a lady yesterday” and they looked at her dirty. I just got back in the car ready to call my bank to dispute. when my boyfriend came to the car the other lady was following my boyfriend still arguing telling him that we were wrong but when I showed them the receipt and the website the said I did everything correctly. so why not just give us our food then???? this is not the first time we gave problems with their service, we kept going back because the food is always good but I will not go back. the food is good but they customer service is disgusting.

This neighborhood family restaurant reminds me of my own home town of Philadelphia where I can always count on a yummy slice of Leandro's Pizza to satisfy my taste buds. Although not on the menu, they have made me cheese steak stromboli's over the years and I love it!
Everyone is so nice there and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant. They have lots of Italian dishes you should try ?
Parking: They could use a few more parking spaces and maybe some outdoor seating, that would be great.
Primos is the best ? this side of New York. ? seriously ? tho check it they're menus is old school with cannolis freshmade like everything there. It's great to experience Sals place. ☺️ . Why is it called Priomos to me? I am gluten free and my health is my priority and the ? is Primo!!!!

Most authentic Pizza joint in town. I’m born and raised in Lakeland and there is a reason Primo’s has been around as long as they have. One of my favorite custom dishes they offer is the Shepard’s Pie Pizza. It will literally change your life.
