They keep removing all the good fish platters. I've been going here 9 years and won't go back again until they bring more fish options back.

First of all I haven't been to this Red Lobster in 2 years because of the poor service we encountered not once but 3 times! Today my wife and I decided to give it just one more try. Why? I don't know. Wells we got there about 5:00 in the evening. We got seated pretty quickly probably because there was not many people in the place. Well we waited about 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. We Gave our drink and appetizer order.She said the bread was in the oven. It would be about 3 minutes. Well way more than 3 minutes past and we got our bread. We ordered our food and my wife got the shrimp trio and I ordered shrimp Alfredo. No taste to the shrimp my wife ordered and the Alfredo tasted like watery butter maybe! The shrimp was like it got thawed and thrown on the pasta. No taste at all. Big disappointment again. Best part of the meal was my wife's baked potato and the appetizer lobster dip. Once again I am giving zero stars to this place.

I had an issue with a curbside order the night before so the next morning the manager Forrest called and apologized for the inconvenience and problem caused. He insisted to make it right and he did! The hostess Peaches was also great with wonderful customer service ! I said I was done with Red Lobster but Forrest helped change my mind so I will continue to dine there! I am now a satisfied customer again!!!

First, we were treated and quickly seated by Peaches. She cared about her consumers. We were quickly greeted by our server Sam. He took our drink order and quickly brought us our drinks. He was very professional and he made us feel like he too made us feel like we were the most important quests he had. Don’t get me wrong, he made the other consumers feel the same way, he was just that good at what he was doing. Our food came out very quick, even though there was a large party over in another part of the restaurant. When we go back, I will be looking for Peaches and Sam again. They made our dinning experience amazing.

Peaches our waiter who sat us along with Sam were polite and prompt with service. The food was excellent and came out fast. Again Peaches and Sam were attentive to our needs and provided great service. I will come back and recommend to come here .
Peaches greeted us and attended to us fast and prompt. Sam our waiter very friendly and sweet. We got our food fast and it was hot and looked amazing! As you can see the food was delicious. This was build your own feast. My husband left no crumbs 😂😂😂😂 Overall service and meal 10/10

Amanda F was a great server. She was a sweetheart. I ordered the ultimate feast and the snow crab legs were small. It was as though they were running out and gave the broken pieces.

Restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. Service was good, but a little slow. We did run out of drinks & didn't have silverware. They brought us the biscuits & no plates. All of that was OK. Not the end of the world. Our food was really good. It all came out hot & fresh. Honestly the best food I've had there in a long, long time. There were 4 of us & everyone said that their food was really tasty. Our server was really great, but seemed like she had to many tables. Overall it was a good experience.
