We recently moved to Valrico but when we used to live in Lakeland we went to Saigon Bistro at least once a month. We love the food and I always get the fried rice double meet. Their boba shakes are tue bomb !!! My husband try’s something different every time and they kill it every single time.

This was my first time visiting as a local and I will definitely be returning! The servers are very courteous and knowledge of the menu items. The restaurant is small but considering the location it's acceptable! The food was great and served at the best temperature! I give this place a 10/10 and of course I would recommend! Don't forget to try the Signature Avocado Frappe and don't let the name scare you, it's really good!!

I tried the basics of Egg Rolls and Pho with rare beef. If they can do this right, then other items should be good.We really liked this place! Servers were friendly and attentive; the atmosphere was open, fun, with a bright view; the food was good and fast.We were missing the vegetables that normally cone with pho, but that was ok. The pho was really good! The egg rolls came with fish sauce. Actual fish sauce! Very good! Most places serve some weird sweet and sour sauce, so I was relieved. The Bun Thit Noung had some fatty pieces, but the flavor was quite amazing. The spring rolls also were delicious.I highly recommend you give it a try.

We really enjoyed our lunch at Saigon Bistro. Tucked in a shopping center, this is a gem to find. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations. We settled on a wide variety of dishes. Fried Rice, teriyaki beef, beef stir fry and dumpling ramen. All were very good and good portion size. I had the stir fry and was similar to a pad Thai. I was impressed with the amount of beef in the dish. All the way to the bottom I got meat. Was very well seasoned. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. The dumpling ramen was very good. Only thing different with it was the mushrooms. They were super sweet. Had not had that before. Don't miss this place next time in Lakeland.

My friends, who came out first, and then when I got my sandwich, the bread was too hard. Couldn’t even chew it. Then it took another 25 minutes and the sandwich had not come back out. She had finished eating. We had to leave so I did not have dinner.

The various ingredients in my rice pot blended together, as well as had their distinct flavors. My daughter's Pho was devoured before I could finish this review, so her's was good. Our server Karis was pleasant and allowed the right amount of time before returning to our table. Our wait time wasn't long for our food to arrive. The front wall is a row of 12' windows, plenty of light. The seats are far enough apart to be intimate, but closer enough to be family friendly. If you want to go somewhere to relax and with good food family or friends Saigon Bistro is the stop, go check it out.

Delicious pho, and lots of other Vietnamese dishes on the menu... Plus boba! It's popular with limited seating so be prepared to wait.If you sit outside, the service is slow.Update: On our most recent visit, the meat was very fatty & even after we pointed it out to the server, no adjustment was made to the cost. Also, some items seemed overly expensive: $7 for extra meat (like 3-4 shrimp), $9 for a glass of wine, most boba drinks are $7+... Our bill was over $80 for 2 people to have dinner ?Vegetarian options: Everything is prepared to order so it is easy to make adjustmentsDietary restrictions: Easy to eat gluten free here with lots of options.

Got the combination Pho. Very underwhelmed. The meat was stringy and the broth tasted off. For $17 I expected more.

This place is great for good food served quickly. The prices have always been very reasonable for the amount of food you get, and the quality.

Went there today looking forward to some good Ramen and was very disappointed. We got the crab wantons and they tasted like Tuna, the Spring Rolls were delicious but the Shrimp Ramen was flavorless. The shrimp was frozen and not fresh and the broth had no and I mean no flavor. The noodles had no flavor as well. I am not a fan..

I really wanted to like this place but the Pho was completely bland. Its pricy at $15+ (one size) which is expected given the location. On top of that, they charge for chilli oil! Disappointing. Will not be returning.
