I went here today and found it was a very nice place with great people (Adrian and Elizabeth I think) and drinks.I didn’t know what to order and they were so nice and patient and helped me get something that I really enjoyed.Next time I’ll get one of their meal replacement shakes but today I had just eaten and I really enjoyed the fruity flavored tea drink they made for me.Two thumbs up!!

Shine Bright is the perfect location and new edition of a nutrition shop in south Lakeland (in my humble opinion). This shop is located on Combee Road only 5 minutes from Southeastern U and a couple other schools.This being said, they are offer a student discount on products all the time- very few shops around do this! As I am currently a student I must say this is very clutch.As with other nutrition shops, they sell meal replacement protein shakes and energizer teas. The teas are my absolute favorite and are such a nice pick-me-up when you need it. These ones are tart and full of flavor, and each cup has a cute little encouraging/ motivational saying written on it. The owner Candace is the sweetest and most genuine lady and I love coming here just to support her.You can also call ahead so that your order is ready when you get there. Some days they even offer delivery, and you can keep an eye on their instagram to know when!

Everyone should go here at least once in their life! When you walk in you just get a relief of stress....it's so relaxing and the staff are wonderful. The tea bombs are the best thing I ever discovered and I try to go at once a week if not more. Highly recommend to everyone to at least try it once.
