I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.

Based on the reviews, SoFresh Lakeland is a clean place with excellent, fresh food. The quality of food is impressive, and the prices are not bad. Service is super fast, super friendly, and the staff answers all questions. The bowls, including the veggie bowl, are delicious and huge, with lots of protein like chicken in every bite. Food is freshly cooked to order. The serving is bigger than Fresh Kitchen with lots more options. The sunrise smoothie was not good, being bitter and not sweet, so pass on the smoothies. Overall, the food was excellent, and the experience is a 10/10. Customers will definitely be back again and again for the healthy, fresh food and great portions.
