I did order through the app. The app said d my order went through when i went in to pickup wasn’t ready and order status was canceled. It was during my lunch break with limited time to order and eat. The manager was asking me to pay again for my order for him to make it. Very bad customer service. I am extremely disappointed as I loved so fresh food and I have ordered through the app many times. I have never anything like that happened to me. Thank So Fresh Lakeland. As much as I love your food you have lost a customer.

I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.
