Slow service, drink orders incorrect, and drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes they are good, sometimes awful. I never leave reviews (good or bad), but I’m done going to this Starbucks. Disappointed almost every time.

If you plan to make a mobile order in store then plan for your pastry/sandwich to be ready 10+ minutes after your drink and the expected wait time.
This has been the case in my experience pretty regularly over the past month or two.
Just make sure you’re not on a time crunch. Or just go through the drive thru, even if the line is long it will still be faster.

My 10 yr old Frenchie Stitch it's his Birthday today and I was waiting for my husband to come and jump my truck. I figured I would ask for a pup cup while waiting.. My Frenchie saw Starbucks and already knew lol. I asked, the girl (w) girl with short brown hair - Do I need to purchase something to get a pup cup?! Its his 10th birthday today and Immediately, I was told to leave.. My dog look at me I looked at him and I wanted to cry. I know, it's dumb and I feel completely stupid. And, No he was not a service dog but still.

Terrible customer service. The hot tea was made wrong. 1 tea bag vs 2 it’s meant to have. I live out of town. By the time I had realized it I had driven away. I called & they would do nothing. Said I would have to drive all the way back to have it redone. So frustrating!

I ordered through Uber eats.. I didn't get the drink I ordered. Left off the whip cream and other things I put in on my order. Not sure if it just doesn't go through fully on your side or what... but highly disappointed.

My drinks were made in correctly, clearly ordered in the app is iced. But they made hot. The manager Lori argued with me, and I just walked out. I’ll go somewhere else.

I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.
I had an amazing experience the other day and had great conversation with a gentlemen, but today the staff wasn’t personable at all. They accused me of lying about sweet cream cold foam, asked to “check” my drink, and didn’t even apologize. I was forced to open up my drink at the window to prove that it wasn’t there and then called a liar. I understand it’s early, but you work at a coffee shop. Drink some of it!

Today a gentleman took the order and was rude. I was not done ordering and gave me my amount and was rushing me and breathing hard. My sandwiches was out of order thrown in the bag. Did not give me options when I asked for the drinks. I will not return to this location again. No hospitality at all..not one greet or acknowledgement.
