I’ve had issues at this location twice now.. first time the girl in the drive thru (I assume she was new anyway, I’m here almost everyday & had never seen her. Also haven’t seen her since) tipped herself on my card :’) it was only $1, I told myself either it was an accident or clearly she needed it more than I did anyway, moved on. Received an online e gift card for my birthday recently- used it on the app. Had a $20 card, spent $12, and $2.17(sometimes it switches to $3.something?) is left on the card now??? Make that shit make sense? Asked a friend who used to work at Starbucks about it & she said it happens to her too so she won’t use the app anymore- but no explanation & absolutely WILD that Starbucks gets away with it
Would like to mention though, besides the one girl, staff at this location is always so sweet and kind to me. They do great, however I wont come here anymore without the fear of paying extra or losing money on my mobile account- on top of buying my already overpriced coffee lmao

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee, some of the nicest people in the service industry I’ve ever met. Greeted everyone cheerfully & when my order was not perfect (my fault for not communicating properly), they were quick, gracious & helpful in getting drink correct!
My grandma and grandpa love thus store they come to star bucks every single day to get coffee it is so good we even got a full collection of there cups worth the 434.67 dollars for the collection od cups :)
This is why Starbucks is not the preferred local coffee shop anywhere anymore. All I ask is if they can grind an unopened bag of beans that I had from a different company. One little 12 ounce bag of beans. Four people standing around talking to each other. But no, they’re not allowed to grind any non-Starbucks beans. Well they won’t have to worry about doing anything for me in the future.
