Always messing up my drinks and they never taste right. They never make the matcha properly either. Rude staff. This used to be a great location and it has gone very downhill.

Egg, bacon, gouda sandwich is part. The egg is obviously a powdered or liquid egg. Service was prompt and fast. Great smile and polite. The drive-thru lane is a little tough in a truck. Twist and turns and easily missed by a first timer

definitely the best starbucks location lakeland has to offer, customer service was great and i was able to get my drinks without them being made incorrectly, cashier was nice enough to let me add 26 pumps of classic syrup, thanks!

To the girl who was working the drive thru window today around 130pm please know you are the sweetest angel. I have never had such a positive experience from a Starbucks employee ever. I typically get poor attitudes and the feeling of not being ‘welcomed’ but this girl was so sweet and caring and put a smile on my face after a really horrible day. So thank you! They have the friendliest employees I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. They were very busy with drive through, mobile orders, and a line. Drink came out as expected.
Very poor customer service not only did. We have to wait forever at the window when no one was in front of us but when they finally did come to the window after we paid their greeting was what did you order?
