I wish I could honestly give them zero Stars literally have tried coming back to this location multiple times and they still can't get a simple order as putting extra caramel crunch on it it's really ridiculous because they charge you for it and they still can't do it right.

Coffee was good. I don't usually make reviews like this, but the customer service was not very good. Distracted and rude to customers. They could've had a bad day though. I just won't be shopping at that starbucks again.

My wife told me multiple times that the baristas and customer service was very rude so I went to check it out myself and sure enough, She was right. They made the wrong drink and when I asked to fix it, The barista making the drink with the messed up teeth said I had to order a different way for her to make it correctly. That if it tasted wrong, she would have to remake it. my wife orders the same drink at a lot of different Starbucks and never had an issue. just wish they fired the whole crew and get new ones. Clearly they don’t like working there.

The barista and register girl gave me the hardest time today. I came at around 5:20-5:30pm to order on half off day (12-6pm). My girlfriend and I have been getting emails about this offer and were excited about it. Once I reached window to pay, the lady with the blue hair was not welcoming and gave me an attitude for asking to scan my half off code. She explained that it would have to be two separate transactions which I understood and told her that I would go inside for the second order since my girlfriend’s app was not loading up. We finally got it loaded up and as I went to scan it, the lady at the register scanned and said that my girlfriend’s code has probably been used already cause it was not popping up on her screen. I explained that this was a brand new account and that there was no way it has been used yet. The offer was sitting on the home menu. Then she says that because it’s new it won’t go through. It doesn’t say that anywhere in the terms for the offer. I asked if there were any exceptions that she or a manager can do for one drink! She said no and smiled in a petty manner. It seemed they just wanted to give me a hard time today because I passed on that drink, went to the Starbucks next door and there were 0 issues they gave me the second order there for half off. I understand we have rough days but cmon guys where is the customer service.

They have good drinks. They were out of a lot of things though. No frappucinos , coconut milk, strawberry drinks, gingerbread flavor. Basically half of the menu is gone. So I got a butter croissant and an iced caramel macchiato. It was pretty tasty. It's conveniently located in target.

My wife visited this locations drive-thru, and was told by the young girl what I could and could not do in my private vehicle. The staff at this location do not respect their customers, and my family and I will not be using this Starbucks location again even if it means that we have to travel miles out of our way to do so.
