Absolutely wonderful experience! As a very long term Starbucks user it’s unusual for me to be absolutely amazed by the atmosphere & level of service at a Starbucks location. The welcome was very warm and although it was crazy busy i felt like we were treated as individuals. Having a daughter who manages a Costa Coffee location (biggest coffee chain in the UK) i’m so aware of a member of staff like Chelsey and how they can make such a massive difference to how a location runs. Chelsey was so friendly and managed to pick me out of a packed shop to let me know my drinks were next and chatted so sweetly while she made them. Chelsey was absolutely ‘on it’ the whole time we were there and helped the shop work like a well oiled machine despite such a packed shop and drive thru. To be honest, after a very testing day, Chelsey and the team made my day a much brighter day & i left with a smile on my face. Outstanding!

I used to come to this Starbucks 4-5 times a week on my way to work and sometimes on my days off while running errands. The consistency with my orders has been all over the place. I started to get my order replaced but I shouldn’t have to always come back to get my order made correctly. I stopped going a few months back because of this issue. I decided to give this Starbucks another try and my drink was made correctly so it got me hooked again but after the 3rd time coming it was wrong. I decided to just move past it and then went another time and it was made wrong again so I called to get it replaced. This is an ongoing issue. My drink is simple, I order it every time, a grande shaken espresso with no classic, 3 pumps white mocha with oat milk. That’s literally it. I don’t understand the inconsistency with this drink.

I’ve been coming to this specific location for MONTHS. I originally had a 5 star review until a few things happened here , that TARGETS ME.
Sean, needs to be replaced. I was in line for the “bear cups” two months ago. Very unorganized , unprofessional, and told me he would have a cup for me at the store a week after. I went in the store to get my item after a week went by, from what I was told ; and he looked at me like he’s never seen me a day in my life. When the week before we had a 30 minute conversation about my Starbucks status in the store with the card type that I have , etc.. the people that are hired here have DISGUSTING attitudes and do not know the definition of customer service . I use a personal cup, one specific lady here that wears WAY TO MUCH MAKEUP has a problem with me for some reason? No idea what I’ve ever done to her besides order my coffee, and she has told me that my cups are “dirty” twice.. my cup just came out of the dish washer … but I’ve seen her take , touch and refill construction workers cups, that have dirt and mud on them? I drive 100k trucks and own a company, oh I’m so dirty ! I get treated like a criminal at this Starbucks by ONE EMPLOYEE , the lady in the drive thru that wears a LOAD OF MAKEUP, and scared of germs, but she handles money? I’ve already called corporate and I’m waiting on a district manager to call me.
The fact I left a review 5 months ago and never got a response from “the owner” but all these other comments did. I guarantee I’ll be getting a comment now.
Also, they love to Exaggerate the amount of ice they use in ice drinks. Then if you nicely ask for less ice, they barely put any inside the iced coffee ..

By far one of the best Starbucks in the Lakeland area. Staff are inviting, friendly, and work well as a team to get the orders completed. Staff were attentive to those waiting for their orders, which was not a long wait.
Tha atmosphere is nice. I refer to the style as modern Starbucks as opposed to the classic coffeehouse setting. Still comfortable. The noise level fluctuates with the customer traffic but you can still hold a conversation or focus on work you may be doing. Music is at a good level.
Management has done a great job creating a wonderful service team.
Great food. Very busy spot. Order in advance to skip the line.

Every single time I come here there’s always such a long line !! BUT I stay because it moves so fast!!! & when I get up to the window to get my drink and pastries it’s always a warm welcome and my items are always accurate tasty & yummmyyyy. Thank you. I’ve been coming to this location for years, the staff is always friendly and the service consistently great.
To those leaving harsh reviews: sometimes things just get a little busy, and that’s life! Nothing’s perfect (except maybe the coffee). At the end of the day, it’s just a beverage and a snack, no need for drama. If Wedgewood isn’t your vibe, Socrum’s always an option.
