Did a mobile order at 6:10pm, the mobile app said it was ready at 6:24, get to the location and the only thing that was ready was a cake pop and ended up waiting an extra 18 minutes for my matcha latte and strawberry crème frappe… and my order ended up still being wrong.

I am a driver for food delivery. Today at 6:40 I arrived at the Starbucks for a pickup. I was not greeted or spoken to at all about my order. The employee working the counter and making orders was Ashlyn. It wasn’t until an associate, Jayleen came over (after 10 minutes) that I was addressed at all. I was the only customer inside and the drive-thru did not have a long line. This is the 2nd time receiving poor customer service at this location, by this same associate.

Food is all microwaved and the wait is 20+ minutes constantly. Avoid this and go to the wawa down the street it'll take less than 5 minutes and the food is better
