This place has gone downhill. Take 30 minutes just to clear out five cars and everybody there seems like their heads in the clouds and half asleep Terrible service. Go to any Starbucks but this location. Definitely need some staff change. They’ve got the most upgraded machines yet they’re the slowest!

I ordered a caramel crunch FRAPPECHINO and they made it with coffee 😐. They had good service, but they genuinely ruined my night by making my Frappuccino a coffee that doesn't even taste good.

Very efficient for service. Not a particularly warm and friendly place but one can expect the same high quality coffee from any Starbucks. The most uncomfortable chairs, though. I guess they want you to drink up quickly and move on.
Yesterday, I stopped in for breakfast before 10am at the Starbucks in South Lakeland, FL. I was first in line not one customer at counter. I was looking at the pastries in the glass display trying to decide what I wanted to order. I wasn’t greeted or welcomed let alone acknowledged at the glass display. I was there a few minutes and still no acknowledgment. Two families came in and went straight to the counter and the employee immediately asked how can I help you ? Say, what ?!?!?!? Not one of them acknowledged me as I was still standing there shocked to believe I was completely ignored by not only the employee but also the customers that stepped in front of me to place their orders. I would NEVER be in a rush in life to treat anyone like that ! I give this store a zero on customer service. I walked out disgusted ! I will spend my hard earned money at another location where they acknowledge loyal customers!

I always come to this location, everyone was always friendly and helpful. This time I saw a new face with terrible attitude to the customer who wants to order. They say she was the manager of the store, but she told me to go to another Starbucks down the street if I cannot wait because she is busy. WOW. I only asked how long is the wait to order my drink. That’s all I asked, but I was told to go to a different one with attitude. She shoulda’t be the manager. Terrible customer service. I asked her name, and she said that I don’t have to know it. Plus she made a mistake with my drink, and didn’t even say “sorry”. Worst customer service ever with terrible attitude. Starbucks should take a deep consider of each customers’ feedbacks and come up with better solutions, better customer service.

Starbucks is such an expensive coffee shop that it’s almost never worth it. Although they offer a great variety of options on their menu. Their pricing is absurd. Charging a gross amount extra for dairy alternatives and they charge a lot for changing sizes when they really don’t add anything more than extra ice. The inside of the shops are great for studying or talking. As any coffee shop should be and they have decent seating and a nice atmosphere.
