Friday, October 10th- 2025, 10am : Drive through staff needs to be trained on Customer Service skills. Sometimes it’s not the words that come out of your mouth that’s dismissive- it’s your ENTIRE BODY LANGUAGE. Also, learn how to greet a customer when you see them AND also when they leave (even if i don’t give you a tip) ESPECIALLY with that attitude. Never had an issue until today.
Staff here is amazing! I called and changed something on my order and it got mixed up a bit but the girls today fixed it within honestly less than 45 seconds. I dont know how they do it. Thank you girls! You saved my rainy, hot coffee date with the hubby 💕

It can be okay but the service is usually rough. Not sure if that’s because it’s not a standalone Starbucks or why that is.
So you can get your typical Starbs items here but it stays quite busy and it’s slow service so expect a wait both in line and for your drink.
