the drive through is absolutely horrendous, why is the line basically at the road and not moving when there are only 3 ppl inside. there is honestly no reason to be so slow i will actually never come back here ever again. it took me almost an hour to get 1 drink and there were maybe 7 cars in front of me.

I wish could rate this place “0” stars. Placed my order at 2:01pm and after 10 min of waiting I received my drink. Received wrong order and the barista offered to fix it. I agreed. I waited 10 more minutes for my drink to sit there and she never fixed it. Instead she fixed two more drinks that were after my order. Which she also messed up making. Check in your system and verify the time of my refund. Over all you lost an everyday customer. It’s not the first time I have this experience but it will definitely be my last. Change your manager. Because she stated it’s one of those days. Smh.

Jaime was amazing. Thank you for your attentiveness. It normally takes about 10 minutes for just a black cup of coffee(reason I rarely go anymore to Starbucks). Jaime gave me my coffee at the register brought me a refill to the table. Take about amazing! Thank you!

My partner Waited over an hour for my order and asked multiple times if it was ready or if it was being worked on. Kept saying yes it was next and finally told him that it was sitting in the drive thru window this whole time and was very rude about having to remake it since it was basically ice water. Ridiculous

The baristas Emily and Amy here are both so amazing!! I made a mistake ordering my drink through the app and they both were SO nice and quick about fixing it for me and getting me the drink I originally wanted. I love coming to this Starbucks because the service here really is the best. Thank you again!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
I hate getting starbucks giftcards. This place is slow as all get out. Then they have barriers up to lock you in the drive thru lane so you can't leave and go to wawa for a quick coffee.
