OMG 30 + min wait in The drive thru for 6 cars ! Bunch of kids running this place. If you order any cold, Iced venti or Trenta size drink you will get a misfit lid that easily pops off. This has been going on for over four months as they act as if it’s your issue! They’ve got missed shipped bad lids and cups months ago. I’ve gone to four other Starbucks in Lakeland and all of them knew about this months ago and replaced them all ASAP! This is the only location that continues to use them and then allow your drinks to spill and the lids pop off and act like it’s your fault. I surely hope somebody does something about this as I refuse to go to this location anymore! On top of the shitty service, they’re passing off bad cups, knowing they’re faulty. 💩
Go to any Starbucks but here if you want service and your items made properly. Worst one in Lakeland. No, I know why there’s always a line around the building🙄

This is my favorite Starbucks and I go to a lot of different ones to enjoy coffee and work on my computer. Andrew is amazing at his job and he and a few others really make the difference. I’m usually there a few days a week and today I was blown away by Andrew customer service. He remembers my name and order every time but today he saw me walk in and started my order before I even got to the register. By the time I paid my coffee was ready. His attention to detail is incredible!

On the date of 7/9/2025 at 4:am. Location: 6419 Florida Ave S Lakeland Fl 33813. I was told to leave by a younger gentleman/employee, while i was waiting for Starbucks to open. I believe because of my black work uniform and dreads he thought i was a thug/homeless man that was overnight camping on business grounds. I was really offended. Whatever the reason was help me realize that they dont deserve me purchasing anything from them. No disrespect to Starbucks, but that gentlemen/employee racially profiled me by the way I look, my skin tone, and because of me being their 20min early.
I am sick of not being able to order my drink the way I want it with out arguments. The whole culture has changed.

We had went to order, one of my kids started off the order by asking for 3 venti waters and the guy named Andrew said if we were going to purchase something right away , first off all he shouldn’t have asked that because its just water and yes we were going to purchase something. We ordered a pink drink and an iced lavender matcha, when we got the matcha it barely had any purple foam that comes with it and when i acknowledged it with Andrew he said they couldn't add more because they had already dumped it out and said that next time he recommends to ask for extra, but i shouldnt if they simply make it right. I recommend the Bartow starbucks because they always welcome you in as soon as you walk in the door and make the drinks right.

I’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.
They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.
It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.
The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!
It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in their control.

I was having trouble with a gift card that I received so I went in the store and the lady was able to help me immediately. She was efficient, polite and it was a great experience to be able to get in and get out without it being a hassle.

I'm a local, and this is one of my regular haunts; the food is standard SB's fare and the drinks are good. The people are first rate and the place is clean, well ordered, with a relaxing composure. Dec/24/2024
