I was getting a door dash and got double ordered, I expected to wait quite a while as there wasn't many people in the kitchen and they were swamped with orders, I was okay with the wait. The grill cook handed me a burger and said it was for my patience, on top of the party sized order he just made and the many drive through orders. He was sweet and calm even when the kitchen was stressed.

The food was great, the staff was mostly helpful, but, the manager didn't want me to use the bathroom, he told me that it was for paying customers, I paid for a burger and cheese fries and, a drink, he told me that I couldn't use it if I had already left and gone outside, but, then, he said not to mess it up, so, I was allowed to go. Weird! Food was good though. 🤷

I can't speak for the drive through but the inside was filthy and run down. The woman working the counter looked like she hadn't slept in 48 hours and there was nobody in the joint at 16:00. I know S&S has had some financial trouble but this is a really sad ending to a once great place!

This place has the worst customer service ever Brandon the driver through person hates his job so bad that it shows not sure why he still shows up to work,he ignored me for over 20 minutes while he walked around and I wanted to do is pay for my my food,The Black man came I think he was the Manager he appolizes for Brandon's careless behavior still didn't make anything better that is still a terrible way to treat anyone. Will not be going there again.
