The "lady" who brought my food out said "take my food why you staring so long" and tried fighting me with my kids in my car. How disgusting. The outside wall is covered in ketchup and the lady who made my drink used the cup instead of a scooper. What a nightmare.

This Steak and Shake is DISGUSTING ? Not only do you get Zero stars for customer service..your drive through worker is incompetent,ignorant and beyond lazy. Our Order was soggy..yes actually soggy the bread fell apart from it and our burgers had no flavor it was inedible and gross. Don't Eat here...after I came home I was literally sick after eating a bite of this food...fries were hard as a rock...Horrible Gross Food and Service...Eat here at your own risk!

Generally when my friend and I come from Tampa traveling to Winter Haven, we for the most part always stop here while traveling through Lakeland. Their steak burgers are on point and not dry. Fries are hot and fresh. Customer service is pleasant as well.

Shoe string fries were ok..seemed a bit stale but the chix fingers were great! Upon walking in we were directed to use the kiosk to order and they walked off..as they didn't even have registers for cash?! Seemed a bit rude to me cause all I thought of was what if I cldnt read and they didn't even ask or say anything to us at all. Customer service was awful and probly won't return.

Food good, employee was nice, but the place is filthy. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in years. The catsup dispenser had a glob of dried catsup on the grille..women's bathroom dirty. I shudder to think of the back where the food was being prepared. We haven't experienced food poisoning yet, but it's only been nine hours since we ate, think we are ok, thank goodness. Please shut down and sanitize the entire restaurant and then re- open.
