My parents met at this steak and shake 55 years ago and are still married today! They both worked at this restaurant in their teens, and the rest is history!! The food is delicious, freshly made burgers and some of the best shakes I've ever had....made with real ice cream and milk!

First, I hardly ever leave reviews on anything, but I was genuinely impressed. I ordered a western bbq bacon burger. Dj, the guy who took my order, was very attentive and courteous. The food was exceptional. Maybe the single best burger I've gotten from stake and shake. Very well done, and thank you.

Lacked everything. No customer service what so ever. You're limited to a drink and a refill which is done by QR code. Accidently hit the wrong selection the machine locked down. After informing the so called manager hw I strutted me to do it again I said that takes my 1 refill. He rolled his eyes and went back to standing around doing nothing. Failing restaurant just trying to get a buck. Definitely not worth the visit.

I tried to order through the app, I was given an error message stating that I needed to call the store in order to figure out the issue. The women who answered the phone was extremely nasty, and rude. But when I tried to explain to the women what the app was saying she kept cutting me off and starting yelling when I had to raise my voice over hers. I 10/10 do NOT recommend if she is working. I have never had any issues at this store until now.. Straight disrespectful!!!
Bbq western burger was made to perfection I didn’t have to worry if my fries was hot cause I could feel them thru the bag I only stop at this steak an shake not takin away from the others but I jus went there 2 days in a row and I love to cook good fresh food great energy 💯

It's 12:13pm, prime lunchtime... We order, pay, and go to get our drinks and they tell me they have zero tea at the moment. So are these employees really this lazy or is this now something that this location is deciding to drop from the menu.

No longer offering table service apparently. Told to order at kiosk, also told they were out of some things. No drinks other than diet coke available, no onion rings among other things. Didn't stay to eat, decided to go elsewhere. Maybe just a bad day??

This place continues to decline. When I was there Sunday morning, no napkins, no iced teas, several soft drinks flavors were out. The person working the grill had long (beautiful) hair but no head covering or hair net. From the seating area I could see old food under the grill in the kitchen.
