Had too ask for a straw and I had too ask for a fork and had too ask for a spoon ?, and had to back up and ask for a napkins back up again and ask for crackers. Very unpleasant I feel like I been service that ever one just got out of prison, no respect, no morals or work ethics. No respect for the customer. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again.

This location has excellent customer service. We’ve been through the drive through twice in the last few months, both times treated with the best customer service. Tonight, Jason was working the window. Last time, we had a lovey lady. Both times, very impressed. This location is doing something right! Keep up the good work.

Strange that even the drink machine is automated. The food was not as good as I remember, my bun was stale and covered in grease or butter even though it was just a regular burger.
They need to use better to go cups for the shakes. Seemed like we were bothering the server when we asked for a bag and to go box...

They have changed the structure of this restaurant. There are no servers any longer. You order at the counter and pick up your food. You must get your own drink and have a QR code to operate the soda machine. Thus us an inconvenience. The food has not changed still pricey. The volume at this store has drastically decreased since Covid. I really do not see this location staying the course much longer.
