Went and got food and they forgot to put some of my order in the bag tired to call them 4-5 different times and no answer. Went up there and the manager Tony acted like I was an inconvenience and didn't want to do anything for me but just give me the one thing I was missing. I won't be eating there anymore cause the management is not friendly and same with the staff.

Food was good but it took 24 min from when my order was submitted until I got it. We did not even order shakes, just 4 of the 4 meal deals. 2 of the double stacks had only one patty. Not many people in drive through or in store, not sure why it took so long.

I order the Frisco Melt, double, and add tomato. The meat/steak patties were so thin and the bread was so big that it made the meat look even smaller than they were already. They only put one tiny slice of tomato that only covered one-third of the sandwich. The sandwich was so bland it tasted like a plain grilled cheese sandwich with a little meat.

Since they have added the Ordering at the Kiosks i don't like it as much. Then you have loud voice over the speaker calling out your name to come get your order. They were friendly and offered to help at the Kiosk if needed. But I would rather order at the table with a waiter or waitress more personal.... and quiet.

Ordered mobile to-go. It said 5-10 minutes. I arrived. They asked if I was a mobile order. When I said my name it wasn't even on the board yet. 20 minutes later I got my food and they said my shake was "being made now." Another 20 minutes go by, and I ask about it. I got a very defensive response and then they opened the refrigerator and found my shake. I asked why it had been sitting there. They said, "We were waiting for you." I was standing there for 20 minutes.

Waited 15 min after paying in drive thru for a kids meal cheeseburger. Not the first time this location has been this bad and we tried it again. Recommend staying away the low rating fits the location and the employees don’t care. We had to walk in to ask what was going on. Car in front of us had to do the same. Not the service expected at all. All employees look like they are on something too. Think Steak and Shake needs to check on their hiring practices.

No communication, only 2 employees, never notified that my food was ready as I sat in the restaurant waiting, the fries were soggy and the birger bun was soaked in grease. Very disappointing since I've always gotten great food and service at other locations.
