Your restaurant in Lakeland Florida 98 North , treated my elderly parents terrible . They went there on April 15th . They needed help to order on the screen . ( my dad is 90 ) they had a 10.00 gift card and wanted to use that up and then pay the difference in cash . There was 10.00 on that card !!According to my dad , the girl loaded the gift card already then said they couldn’t pay that way . The manager a man in his 50’s came out to help and he was so rude to them . He told them there was nothing on their gift card . When there was 10.00 because even the girl saw it !!The manager was arguing with my father and being very rude saying there was a 0 balance , yes because the girl took it !!They ended up just leaving and not even getting anything .It was around 5:30 and only one couple was in there eating . Maybe if the manage wasn’t so rude they would have more business .You know , some day they will be an elderly person too.This is awful service and very sad .I want to contact corporate too about this .This restaurant deserves 0 stars

Awesome experience!!! Flew from Evansville, IN to here for Airshow and this beauty of a place!!! Nothing better to fly in time like this!! Would love to see them re-open in my city. So much culture we’re letting go with other places that wont give you like this one!! Stake N’ Shake forever!!!! ??

The food is good. They have changed their service. They no longer have wait staff or counter service ?. We ordered through their kiosk which doesn’t allow for special requests. They still didn’t get a simple burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, correct. Their drink system requires you to scan your given QR code and you only have thirty seconds to complete your pour. Pain in butt, I hate this version of new age improvement.

Burgers are decent and the shoestring fries are yummy! The shakes are amazing. The dining area isn’t typically kept very clean and the staff is in the back and are hard to get ahold of but I enjoy going here for the price.

I ordered my food thru the mobile app the restaurant advised no order came through I showed my receipt but no effort was made to return my 30$ the manger was rude the store owner was rude and the corporate office was rude I wouldn’t let my dog eat there!!

This is my first time going to steak 'n shake since they got rid of servers. Terrible experience overall, I will never go back. When you walk in the door there are several large kiosk order from, but they're right there as you enter the restaurant. People are already at them and you're backed up with a line going out the door. Waited 35 minutes for milkshakes. Tables were not clean. Overall a terrible experience. They need to bring the servers back and get rid of those kiosks.

It was good food, but not very clean. We had to wipe our own table down and bathrooms were atrocious.
Was missing items from our order. Tried telling staff and the manager just looked at us and walked anway, didnt even respond, and wouldn’t fix the order. Horrible service the fries cold. Do not recommend.

When last night and order 3 milkshake and son food . Well the food took like 20 to 25 and this people give mi the milkshake like 5 minutes of n my wait of 20 minutes.this was take out orderl like 5 minutes before giving the meal ask employees that my milkshake was water and how long was the time wait I didn’t mean the wait but the milkshake was waterier . Did not apologize or trie to replace my milkshake at all . First time going to this restaurant and bad customer serves. At the end my milkshake felt’s and was la chocolate milk everywhere.o no cup holder ……… almost 30 dollars for nothing

Great food at a reasonable price. Order from kiosk and pay. You receive a barcode slip for each drink ordered. You must scan the barcode to activate the soft drink machine. Ok to rescan for refills.
