Yesterday I went with family and friends to order food we had coupons to pay but we were feeding 6 people so the bill won't be low anyways. The lady that took us said that was ok to use the coupons but then without saying anything she charged us for the cheese 1.50 each sandwich both bills, anywhere I have been before I have been charged for cheese the coupon doesn't mention extra charges for the cheese and the sandwiches come with cheese if we would ask for extra cheese I would understand the charge but we didn't they were all regular sandwiches and she listen we were complaining about it and she didn't care that is not just rude and unprofessional it's unrespectful and also an abuse of the costumer that lady should not be able to keep taking advantage of the costumers on things like that. So make sure if you decide to go there that she doesn't overcharge you with stuff just because she wants it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Out of all the subway I’ve been to, this is by far the worst subway. My family and I were on the way to the beach and so we stopped by to get something to eat. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom badly so I asked her very nicely if I could use the restroom and I kid you now she ignored the living life out of me. I asked her again and she ignored me again. I walked up to her and asked her again and to let her know I’m well aware of her ignorance and that’s when she felt the need to start a really bad argument with me and then she told me the restrooms are not working. She then started saying things about me underneath her breath with 2 other Hispanic that were there. She is very rude, disrespectful and the most RACIST Hispanic I’ve seen. This is not my first time going to this exact store. She welcome anyone that looks like her very respectfully and interacts totally different with them. She needs to be gone because that’s bad business for Subway. I am now 1 less customer for the that store. I don’t take racism lightly.

Terrible customer service, got my order wrong on a delivery (i ordered lunch) and tried to prompt me to come by after my job when i get off at 7pm, to have them fix it.
